انقلاب اسلامی، نظام بین الملل و نفش‌آفرینی نظامیان در فرآیند توسعه اقتصادی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران

نقش ‎آفرینی نظامیان در اقتصاد سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران به لِحاظ نظری و تجربی دستخوش ساده‌‌ سازی و تقلیل‌‌ گرایی است. متدلوژی و چهارچوبی تحلیلی نیاز است که چگونگی ورود این نیروها به عرصۀ فعالیت ‎های اقتصادی کشور را واکاوی کرده، فهم پیچیده ‌‌تری از روندها و رویدادهای خُرد و کلان تاثیرگذار بر حضور نظامیان در فرایند توسعۀ اقتصادی کشور ارائه دهد (بیان مسئله). مطالعۀ این مهم محتاج مروری تاریخی در تکوین و تطوّر گفتمان انقلاب اسلامی در بستر اقتصاد سیاسی جهانی است. پژوهش حاضر کوشیده است پاسخی چهارچوب ‌‌‌‌مند به این پرسش بدهد که: فرایند تکوین سرشت و کارکرد نیروهای نظامی در اقتصاد سیاسی ج.ا.ا چگونه بوده است؟ (سوال) در این پژوهش با الهام از چهارچوب روشی و نظری ساختار/ کارگزار و مضامین تئوریک رهیافت انتقادی در اندیشۀ رابرت کاکس، زمینه ‎های ساختاری تاثیرگذار بر حضور نظامیان در اقتصاد ایران بعد از انقلاب اسلامی واکاوی شده است (روش تحقیق و چهارچوب نظری). فرضیۀ مقاله بدین شکل طراحی گردیده که نقش‌‌آفرینی نظامیان در فرایند توسعۀ اقتصاد ج.ا.ا در چهارچوب مواجهه ضد هژمونیک (سلطه‌‌‌‌پذیری) انقلاب اسلامی با نظام اقتصاد جهانی و در چهارچوب مدیریت تنگناهای حاصل از تحریم ‎ها و فشارهای نظام‌‌‌‌مند بین ‌‌المللی بر اقتصاد کشور قابلِ فهم است(فرضیه). مفروض پژوهش آن است که تجربۀ نقش‌‌‌‌آفرینی نیروهای اجتماعی مذکور در فرایند توسعۀ اقتصادی کشور مستعد فرصت‎ها و چالش‎هایی در راستای دست‌‌یابی ج.ا.ا به الگوی توسعۀ پویای ملی و برون ‌‌‌‌رفت از تنگناهای موجود بوده و لذا تجربۀ ورود نظامیان به اقتصاد در بُعدِ جهانی تجربۀ موفقی بوده است.(یافته‎های تحقیق)

The Islamic Revolution, the International System and the Role of the Military in the Process of Economic Development in the Islamic Republic of Iran

The role of the military in the political economy of the Islamic Republic of Iran is theoretically and empirically subjected to simplification and reductionism. An analytical methodology and framework are needed to examine how these forces enter the field of economic activities of the country and provide a more complex understanding of the micro and macro trends affecting the presence of the military in the process of economic development (elaborating the matter). The study of this issue requires a historical look at the evolution of the discourse of the Islamic Revolution in the context of the global political economy. The present research tries to give a precise answer to the question; what was the process of development of the nature and function of the military forces in the political economy of the Islamic Republic of Iran? (Question) In this study, inspired by the methodological and theoretical framework of the structure/agent and theoretical themes of the critical approach in the thought of Robert Cox, the structural contexts affecting the military presence in the Iranian economy after the Islamic Revolution have been investigated (research method and theoretical framework). The hypothesis of the article is designed in such a way that the role of the military in the process of economic development of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the framework of antihegemonic confrontation of the Islamic Revolution with the world economic system and in the framework of managing the impediments resulting from the international sanctions and systemic pressures on the economy of the country is understandable. (hypothesis).The research assumes that the experience of the role of these social forces in the process of economic development of the country is prone to opportunities and challenges in order for the Islamic Republic of Iran to achieve a model of dynamic national development and exit the existing impediments. Therefore, the experience of the military entry into the economy has been a successful experience in the global aspect. (Research Findings)
