کارآمدی انقلابی الگوی اسلامی-ایرانی پیشرفت

نظام انقلابی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، مراحل تاریخ‌ساز و بلکه مراتب تکوینی و تکاملی، نهادسازی و تاسیس، دفاع مقدس و تثبیت و توسعه زیربنایی را با هزینه‌های گزاف اما با کارآمدی زیرساختی (ارزشی، بینشی و منشی) هرچه فراتر از سر گذرانده و پشت سر گذاشته است. هم‌اینک الگوسازی پیشرفت و دولت‌سازی، جامعه‌سازی و امت‌سازی تا مرز تمدن‌سازی نوین اسلامی ایرانی را به‌ترتیب در چشم‌انداز ملی و فراملی کوتاه‌بُرد و کوتاه‌مدت، میان‌برد و میان‌مدت و بلندبُرد، بلندگستر و بلندمدت خود دارد. این نیازمند ارتقای هرچه فراتر کارآمدی است. چالش ارتقای هرچه فراتر کارآمدی ساختاری و راهبردی ملی خود به‌منظور دستیابی به چشم‌انداز و تحقق اهداف بلند آن، پیشاروی جمهوری اسلامی ایران قرار دارد. طرح و تبیین ارتقای کارآمدی و کارآمدسازی نظام سیاسی، ملت و دولت (هیئت حاکمه) جمهوری اسلامی ایران، نقش الگوسازی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت به‌ویژه الگوسازی دولت در کارآمدسازی نظام و دولت‌سازی کارآمد است. باتوجه‌به نقش تاثیرگذار و حتی تعیین‌کننده دولت و کارآمدی آن در تعیین سرنوشت ملت و کارآمدی نظام سیاسی، پرسش اصلی این است: دولت‌سازی کارآمد جمهوری اسلامی ایران چیست؟ پرسش‌های فرعی نیز به چرایی، چیستی و چگونگی این دولت‌سازی می‌پردازد. فرضیه این پژوهش این است: «الگوسازی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت، سبب ارتقای هرچه فراتر کارآمدی نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران خواهد شد». توضیح فرضیه این‌گونه خواهد بود: در این مقاله با نقادی گفتمان و الگوی رقیب توسعه تک‌ساحتی مدرنیستی غربی و نظریه‌پردازی تمدن پیشین اسلامی ایرانی، به نظریه‌سازی گفتمان و الگوی اسلامی و ایرانی پیشرفت سیاسی می‌پردازیم. روش پژوهش تحلیل متن و محتوای آثار، اسناد و آرا در این زمینه است. یافته اجمالی ازاین‌قرار است: الگوسازی اسلامیایرانی پیشرفت، ضمن کارآمدی، بهره‌وری و اثربخشی ذاتی و دورن‌زادی خود، مانع رفتار پاندولی (زیگزاکی) نوسان‌ساز و فرصت‌سوز بحران‌آفرین دولت‌های پی‌درپی و جای‎گزین بوده و مسبب سیر تحقق پیشرفت متکامل (پلکانی) کشور و نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران شده است و می‌شود.
