طراحی الگوی حکومت‏داری پایدار مبتنی بر فرمان حکومتی حضرت علی (ع) به مالک اشتر

هدف این پژوهش طراحی الگویی از حکومت‏داری پایدار مبتنی بر فرمان حکومتی حضرت علی به مالک اشتر است. روش انجام دادن این پژوهش، کیفی و با رویکرد استقرایی است. به‌منظور استخراج مطالب، از فن تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. منبع مورد بررسی در این پژوهش، فرمان حضرت علی به مالک اشتر در نهج‏البلاغه است. یافته‏های پژوهش نشان می‏دهد که برای ایجاد و فراگیر شدن حکومت‏داری پایدار در کشور، الزامات مدیریت توسعه پایدار اقتصادی و الزامات مدیریت توسعه پایدار اکولوژیکی و الزامات مدیریت توسعه پایدار اجتماعی و الزامات مدیریت توسعه پایدار سیاسی مورد نیازند و اگر مخدوش شوند، بخشی از حکومت اسلامی آسیب می‏بیند. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده بر اساس داده‏های پژوهش، نشان می‏دهد که الزامات چهارگانه فوق را باید در چهار سطح اقتصادی، اکولوژیکی، اجتماعی و سیاسی جست‌وجو کرد. نیل به اهداف این سطوح در شکل‏گیری و ایجاد حکومت‏داری پایدار موثر است؛ به نحوی که در سطح اقتصادی عدالت اقتصادی، در سطح اکولوژیکی عدالت زیست‌محیطی، در سطح اجتماعی عدالت اجتماعی و در سطح سیاسی عدالت سیاسی نمود پیدا می‏کند. به‌عبارت‌دیگر، استقرار و پیاده‏سازی عدالت اقتصادی، زیست‌محیطی، اجتماعی و سیاسی در شکل‏گیری حکومت‏داری پایدار مهم است.

Designing a Sustainable Governance Pattern Based on Imam Ali’s Government Decree to Malik Ashtar

The purpose of this research is to design a model of sustainable governance based on the government decree of Ali alMalik Ashtar. The method of conducting this research is qualitative and inductive. The content analysis technique was used to extract the content. The source examined in this study is Ali’s command to Malik Ashtar in Nahj alBalagha. The research findings show that in order to establish and perpetuate sustainable governance in the country, the requirements for sustainable economic development management and ecological sustainable development management requirements and social sustainable development management requirements and political sustainable development management requirements are needed and if they are compromised. Part of the Islamic State is being harmed. The results, based on the research data, indicate that the above four requirements must be sought at the four levels of economic, ecological, social and political. The achievement of the objectives of these levels is effective in the formation and establishment of sustainable governance in such a way that it is expressed at the economic level of economic justice, at the ecological level of environmental justice, at the social level of social justice, and at the political level of political justice. In other words, the establishment and implementation of economic, environmental, social and political justice is important in the formation of sustainable governance.
