ارزیابی کارآمدی نظام سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در تحقق عدالت سیاسی با تاکید بر مناصب سیاسی

کارآمدی نظام سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی به جهت پیوند با بقا و پایداری نظام، از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار است. از سویی این مهم سبب شده ارزیابی کارآمدی در تحقق عدالت سیاسی به‎عنوان اصلی‎ترین هدف نظام جمهوری اسلامی اهمیت آن را دوچندان کند. لذا پژوهش حاضر در پاسخ به این سوال اصلی که نظام سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی در تحقق عدالت سیاسی در توزیع مناصب سیاسی به چه میزان موفق بوده است، این فرضیه را مطرح می‎کند که در عرصه برابری در دسترسی به مناصب سیاسی همواره شرایطی برابر برای توده‎های مردم در عرصه نامزدی تصدی مناصب سیاسی وجود داشته و اعمال محدودیت‎های نهادهای نظارتی و مجری انتخابات در راستای اجرای قانون بوده است. یافته‎های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که در عرصه برابری همواره حضور برابر گونه مردم در عرصه نامزدی تصدی مناصب سیاسی وجود داشته و با گذشت زمان شاخص فضیلت و شایستگی نیز در تصدی مناصب سیاسی بیش‎ازپیش مورد توجه و رعایت قرار گرفته است.

Assessing the Efficiency of the Political System of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Realization of Political Justice with Emphasis on Political Positions

Due to its connection with the survival and stability of the system, the efficiency of the political system of the Islamic Republic is of high importance. On the one hand, this has doubled the importance of evaluating efficiency in the realization of political justice as the main goal of the Islamic Republic. Therefore, the present study, in response to the main question of how successful the political system of the Islamic Republic has been in achieving political justice in the distribution of political positions, raises the hypothesis that in terms of equality in access to political positions there are always equal conditions for the masses. And any restriction of the supervisory institutions and the executor of the elections have been in line with the implementation of the law. The findings indicate that in the field of equality, there has always been an equal presence of people in the field of candidacy for political positions, and over time, the index of virtue and competence in the getting political positions has received more attention.
