چکیده
|
Background and aims: this study aimed to assess the effect of the family-centered empowerment model on the self-efficacy and health literacy of iranian menopausal women. methods: this randomized controlled trial (rct) was carried out on 80 menopausal women aged 40–59 years. the participants were divided randomly into an intervention group (n=40) and a control group (n=40). results: the results showed that the design and implementation of a family-centered empowerment model can enhance the health literacy and self-efficacy of menopausal women. conclusion: family-centered empowerment model for health literacy and self-efficacy can be crucial in managing menopausal symptoms. therefore, authorities should consider this model as a strategy for enhancing quality of life and health of menopausal women.
