طراحی و اجرا و ارزشیابی برنامه مهارتهای ارتباطی در دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهرکرد

مقدمه و هدف: یکی از ویژگیهای اصلی برای برقراری یک ارتباط موثر، داشتن مهارتهای ارتباطی مناسب است. افزایش کیفیت مهارتهای ارتباطی از اهداف جهانی است. هدف از انجام این مطالعه طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی برنامه مهارتهای ارتباطی در دانشجویان پرستاری بود.روش کار:این مطالعه در شش مرحله (ﺷﺶ ﮔﺎم ﮐﺮن) در دانشجویان پرستاری انجام شد. در مرحله اول و دوم به وسیله نیاز سنجی از دانشجویان از طریق فوکوس گروپ و انجام مصاحبه ها صورت گرفت و بر اساس این مرحله گام سوم یعنی تعیین اهداف به شرح زیر مشخص شد که شامل:1 اهمیت مهارتهای ارتباطی را بیان نمایند2 انواع مدلهای ارتباطی را به کارگیرد 3 سناریوهای ارتباطی مختلف در نقشهای بی تفاوتی، همدلی، همدردی اجرا نماید4 نحوه برنامه ریزی ارتباط در ملاقات با والدین را نمایش دهد. در مرحله چهارم برای اجرای برنامه فوق از روش های مختلفی چون اسلاید، سناریو، و ایفای نقش به عنوان استراتژی مناسب برای رسیدن به اهداف فوق استفاده شد. این مراحل در اتاق مهارتهای بالینی دانشکده پرستاری مامایی انجام شد. در مرحله پنجم این روش به کار گرفته شد بدین صورت که سناریوهای مختلف مهارتهای ارتباطی توسط دانشجویان اجرا شد و در مرحله ششم پس از آن مهارت ارتباطی به کار گرفته توسط 52 دانشجو به روش نیمه تجربی مورد ارزشیابی قرار گرفت.نتایج:نتایج نشان داد که در بدو مطالعه، میانگین نمره کل مهارت‌های ارتباطی دانشجویان 3/72 ±5/95 بود و بعد از اجرای برنامه مهارتهای ارتباطی نمره کل دانشجویان 3/07 ±13/92 ارتقایافت که تفاوت آماری معناداری مشاهده شد.نتیجه گیری:برنامه مهارتهای ارتباطی شیوه مناسبی برای بهبود مهارتهای ارتباطی دانشجویان پرستاری است. محققان پیشنهاد می کنند که ادغام برنامه مهارتهای ارتباطی در برنامه درسی دانشجویان پرستاری می تواند در برقراری ارتباط موثر با بیماران کمک کننده باشد.

The Design, Implementation, and Evaluation of a Communication Skills Program for the Nursing Students of Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences (Iran)

Background Objective: Effective communication requires proper communication skills. Improving the quality of communication skills is considered to be a global issue. The present study aimed to design, implement, and evaluate a communication skills programs for nursing students.Materials and Methods: This quasiexperimental study was conducted using the consensus method on 52 fourthyear nursing students in the six steps of Kern. In the first and second stages, the needs of the students were assessed via focus group analysis and interviews. Correspondingly, the third step involved setting goals, including the clarification of the importance of communication skills, applying various communication models, performing various scenarios in apathetic, sympathetic, and empathetic roles, and determining the planning approach for parental meeting. In the fourth stage, various methods (e.g., slides, scenarios, and roleplaying) were applied as the effective strategies to achieve the goals. The processes were carried out in the clinical rooms of the Department of Nursing and Midwifery. In the fifth stage, various scenarios were performed by the students, and in the sixth stage, the applied communication skills by the students were evaluated based on a quasiexperimental method. Data analysis was performed in SPSS using dependent ttest. Results: The mean score of all the communication skills of the student was 5.95 ±3.72, which increased to 13.93 ±3.03 after the intervention, and the difference in this regard was considered significant (P le;0.001). Conclusion: According to the results, the applied communication skills program could enhance the communication skills of the nursing students. Therefore, it is recommended that communication skills be integrated into the nursing curriculum to help nurses have proper interactions with patients.
