مقایسه دقت ثبت پیامدها در کارآزمایی‌های بالینی ثبت شده در سامانه ثبت کارآزمایی بالینی ایران (Irct) و مقالات منتشر‌شده در مجلات پرستاری و مامایی

زمینه و هدف: انواع مختلفی از تورش ها در مطالعات وجود دارد که یکی آنها، تورش گزارش انتخابی پیامدها است و در مواقعی که انتشار یافته های یک تحقیق تحت تاثیر ماهیت و جهت نتایج قرار می گیرد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی مقایسه ای تورش گزارش انتخابی پیامدها در کارآزمایی های بالینی ثبت شده در سامانه ثبت کارآزمایی بالینی ایران (irct) با مقالات منتشر شده در مجلات پرستاری و مامایی است.روش بررسی: در این تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی کلیه مقالات کارآزمایی بالینی که از فروردین تا اسفند 1396 در مجلات تخصصی علمی پژوهشی پرستاری و مامایی ایران چاپ شده به روش نمونه گیری سرشماری انتخاب شدند. ابزارگردآوری اطلاعات چک لیست محقق ساخته ای بود که وضعیت مجلات، مقایسه پیامدها در سامانهirct با پیامدهای گزارش شده در روش کار و نتایج مقالات، معنی داری و عدم معنی داری پیامدهای اولیه و ثانویه را بررسی می کرد.یافته ها:در بین 223 مقاله منتشر شده در 33 مجله علمی پژوهشی در حوزه پرستاری و مامایی، تنها نیمی از مقالات دارای کد irct بودند همچنین 63% از پیامد اولیه و 18% از پیامدهای ثانویه ثبت شده در سامانه irct با پیامد اولیه وثانویه گزارش شده در روش کار مقاله تفاوت داشت که منجر به حذف 59% از پیامدهای اولیه ثبت شده در سامانه irct شد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که با وجود الزامی بودن ثبت کار آزمایی های بالینی در سامانه ثبت کارآزمایی ها از سوی بسیاری از مجلات، نیمی از مقالات بدون گزارش کدirct منتشر می شوند. علاوه براین نیمی از پیامدهای گزارش شده در مقالات، متحمل حذف، تغییر و یا اضافه نمودن پیامدی جدید می شوند که می تواند در نهایت، منجر به حصول نتایج نامعتبر در مطالعه شود.

Comparison between the Accuracy of Recorded Outcomes in Clinical Trials Registered on the Iranian Registry of Clinical Trials Website and Articles Published in the Nursing and Midwifery Journals

Background Aims: There are different types of biases in clinical trial studies. Selective outcome reporting is one of these biases occurring when the publication of research findings is influenced by the nature and direction of the results. Therefore, the present study aimed to compare selective outcome reporting bias in clinical trials registered in the Iranian Registry of Clinical Trials (IRCT) website with articles published in the nursing and midwifery journals. Methods: In this descriptiveanalytical study, all clinical trial studies published in the Iranian Journal of Nursing and Midwifery from March 2018 to March 2019 that had met the inclusion criteria were selected using the Census sampling method. The data were collected using a researchermade checklist that was used to check the status of the journals, compare the outcomes in the IRCT website with those reported in the Methods and Results sections of published articles, and assess the significant and nonsignificant primary and secondary outcomes. Results: The findings of the study revealed that out of 223 articles published in 33 Midwifery Nursing Journals, only half of the articles had IRCT code. Moreover, 63% of the primary outcome and 18% of the secondary outcome recorded in the IRCT were different from the primary and secondary outcomes reported in the Methodology section of the article, which led to the removal of 59% of primary outcomes recorded on the IRCT website. Conclusion: The results of the present study revealed that although many nursing and midwifery journals had made it mandatory to register clinical trials on the IRCT website, only half of the articles had IRCT code. In addition, more than half of the outcomes reported in articles undergo deletion, modification, or addition of new consequences, which lead to the publication
