ضرورت فهم نوآور از هم‌آفرینی و همزمانی شکوفایی دانشگاه و تمدن

تمدن و دانشگاه از جمله موجودیت‌های حیات بشری هستند که از منظر رویکرد سیستمی، تصوّر انتزاع آنها از یکدیگر، دور از حقیقت است. تصور تمدن بدون دانشگاه و تصور دانشگاه بدون تمدن، یک برداشت ذهنی دور از حقیقت است. هدف این پژوهش، معرفی رابطۀ پیچیدۀ تمدن و دانشگاه و نقش آنها در تکامل و شکوفایی یکدیگر و ویژگی‌های دانشگاهِ پشتیبان تمدن است. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است که به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام شده است. مبنای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها و شواهد، مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای طولانی‌مدت هنجاری است. این پژوهش دارای رویکرد کیفی بوده و داده‌ها و شواهد با استفاده از استدلال و تحلیل و تبیین عقلایی به‌صورت تفسیری، تحلیل شده است. از منظر نظریۀ پیچیدگی، تمدن و دانشگاه، نقش جزء و کل هم‌افزا و همزمان دارند. دانشگاه یک جزء از کل تمدن و تمدن یک جزء از کل دانشگاه است که در یک فرایند چرخشی؛ علیت و سازندۀ یکدیگرند. تمدن، علت خلق و بازتولید دانشگاه علت خلق، شکوفایی و احیای تمدن است. دانشگاه و تمدن می‌توانند و باید علت و محصول یکدیگر در مسیر تامین شرایط حیات طیبۀ بشر باشند. دانشگاه به‌عنوان نهاد چندکارکردی امروزی دارای ویژگی‌های متعدد نظیر تعدد ذی‌نفعان، ابهام در هدف، حرفه‌ای‌گری، فرایندهای تصمیم‌گیری مبهم، آسیب‌پذیری محیطی، دوگانگی در ماموریت علمی و دیوان‌سالاری، تناقض در نظم و بی‌نظمی، است. با فهم این ویژگی‌ها، دانشگاه تمدن‌ساز باید با رعایت سه اصل کلیدی رسالت‌محوری، سازگاری با محیط و توسعه مشارکت‌های بیرونی و درونی، راهبری شود.

necessity of innovative understanding of cocreation and the simultaneous flourishing of university and civilization

civilization and university are among the entities of human life, from the point of view of systemic approach, the idea of abstracting them from each other is far from the truth. the idea ofcivilization without a university and the idea of a university without civilization is a mental impression far from the truth. the purpose of this research is to introduce the complexrelationship between civilization and university and their role in the evolution and prosperity ofeach other and the characteristics of the university that supports civilization. this research is ofan applied type, which was carried out by descriptive-analytical method. the basis for data andevidence collection is long-term normative library studies. this research has a qualitativeapproach and the data and evidence have been analyzed using reasoning and rational analysisand explanation in an interpretive way. from the point of view of the theory of complexity,civilization and the university have a complementary and simultaneous role of part and whole.university is a part of the whole civilization and civilization is a part of the whole university,which in a circular process; causality and constructor are each other. civilization is the cause ofthe creation and reproduction of the university is the cause of the creation, prosperity and revivalof civilization. university and civilization can and should be the cause and product of each otherin the way of ensuring the conditions of good human life. as a modern multi-functionalinstitution, the university has many characteristics such as multiplicity of stakeholders,ambiguity in the goal, professionalism, ambiguous decision-making processes, environmentalvulnerability, duality in scientific mission and bureaucracy, contradiction in order and disorder.by understanding these features, a civilizing university should be guided by following the threekey principles of mission-oriented, adapting to the environment and developing external andinternal partnerships.
