نگاهی نو به سیمای معلم و شاگرد در نظام های یاددهی-یادگیری نوآورانه ترکیبی با تاکید بر دوره پساکرونا

پژوهش حاضر با هدف نگاهی نو به سیمای معلم و شاگرد در نظام های یاددهی- یادگیری نوآورانه ترکیبی با تاکید بر دوره پساکرونا انجام پذیرفت. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی، به لحاظ روش جمع آوری داده ها توصیفی و از نظر ماهیت داده ها کیفی می باشد. روش گردآوری داده ها بررسی مطالعات اسنادی با ابزار جستجوی الکترونیکی و فیش برداری از آنان می باشد و روش پژوهش فراتحلیل منطبق با الگوی راث و شل است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه پژوهش های داخلی و خارجی در حوزه ویژگی های معلم و شاگرد در یادگیری ترکیبی است که از سایت های داخلی شامل ایرانداک، مگیران، اس.آی.دی، نورمگز، انسانی دات.آی.آر و سایت های خارجی شامل گوگل اسکالر، اسکوپوس، ساینس دایرکت، نمایه شده بودند. نمونه آماری شامل 18 مقاله خارجی به زبان انگلیسی و 13 مقاله داخلی، در مجموع 31 پژوهش داخلی و خارجی بودند که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند، پس از آن، محتوای هریک از مقالات با نرم افزار مکس کیودا نسخه 2020، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و مطالب مهم هر سند، از جمله عنوان، کلمات کلیدی و نکات مهم هر مقاله کدگذاری شد و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته های پژوهش درخصوص ویژگی های معلم در دوران پساکرونا، حاکی از آن بود که معلم علاوه بر داشتن سواد علمی، بایستی تعامل مناسب و خلاقیت بیشتری نسبت به کلاس های حضوری داشته باشد، همچنین درخصوص ویژگی های شاگرد در دوران پساکرونا نیز نتایج حاکی از آن بود که شاگرد باید مسئولیت پذیری بیشتری داشته باشد و در امر یادگیری خود، فعال تر باشد

a new look at the face of the teacher and the student in innovative blended teaching-learning systems with an emphasis on the post-corona era

the current study aims to explore the evolving roles of teachers and students in innovative blended teaching-learning systems, particularly in the post-corona era. this descriptive researchis practical in purpose and qualitative in terms of data nature. data collection was performed through document analysis using an electronic search tool to extract relevant studies. the metaanalysismethod, based on roth and shell’s model, was applied. the statistical populationincluded both domestic and international studies on teacher and student characteristics in blendedlearning, sourced from databases like irandoc, magiran, sid, noormagz, ensani.ir, googlescholar, scopus, and science direct. a purposive sampling method led to the selection of 31studies (18 foreign and 13 domestic). the content of each article was analyzed using maxqda2020 software, focusing on key points such as titles, keywords, and significant findings. theresearch results highlight that in the post-corona period, teachers need not only scientific literacybut also enhanced creativity and interaction compared to traditional face-to-face settings.regarding students, it was found that they must take more responsibility for their learning andadopt a more active role. these findings underline the need for adaptability and proactiveinvolvement from both teachers and students in the post-pandemic educational environment.
