واکاوی نقش تحول دیجیتال در آموزش با تمرکز بر نوآوری به روش فراترکیب

با توجه به جهت گیری روندها به سوی فناوری های صنعت 5.0، مفهومی جدید به نام تحول دیجیتال ظهور کرده که حوزه های مختلف جوامع را تحت تاثیر خود قرار داده است. از آنجا که رسیدن به سطح مطلوب کاربرد صنعت 5.0، نیازمند تربیت نیروی انسانی دارای مهارت در به کارگیری و توسعه فناوری های این حوزه است، استفاده گسترده آن در آموزش و پرورش به سرعت در بسیاری از کشورها دنبال گردید. تلفیق نوآورانه این فناوری ها در آموزش توانسته شیوه های سنتی آموزش را منقرض کرده که منجر به تحولی جدی در فرایند یادگیری در مدارس و دانشگاه‌ها شده است. شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه های تحول دیجیتال در آموزش می تواند به سیاستگذاران در تسهیل این فرایند کمک نموده و منجر به تسریع دستیابی به اهداف دیجیتالی شدن گردد. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی این ابعاد و مولفه ها، در ابتدا با روش فراترکیب، 47 مقاله مرتبط را مورد بررسی قرارداده است. سپس در بخش کمی، جهت تعیین ترتیب اهمیت ابعاد و ضریب وزنی آنها به شیوه سوارا رتبه بندی صورت گرفته است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که در بین شش بعد شناسایی شده، تحول سازمانی با ضریب وزنی 0.217 اولویت اول و تحول زیرساختی با ضریب وزنی 0.201 اولویت دوم را دارا است. نتایج کلی تحقیق نیز اهمیت اتخاذ رویکرد اکوسیستمی در پیاده سازی تحول دیجیتال در مدارس را نشان داده است.

analyzing the role of digital transformation in education by a focus on innovation with a meta-synthesis method

due to the direction of trends toward 5.0 industry technologies, a new concept called digital transformation has emerged, which has affected various areas of society. since reaching thedesired level of application of industry 5.0 requires the training of skilled human resources in the application and development of technologies in this field, its widespread use in education wasquickly followed in many countries. the innovative integration of these technologies in educationhas made the traditional methods of education extinct, which has led to a serious transformationin the learning process in schools and universities. identifying the dimensions and components ofdigital transformation in education can help policymakers facilitate this process and lead toaccelerating the achievement of digitalization goals. intending to identify these dimensions andcomponents, this research has examined 47 related articles with the meta synthesis method. then,in the quantitative section, to determine the order of importance of the dimensions and theirweighting factor, a ranking has been done. the results of the research showed that among the sixidentified dimensions, organizational transformation with a weighting factor of 0.217 has thehighest priority and infrastructural transformation with a weighting factor of 0.201 has the secondpriority. the general results of the research have also shown the importance of adopting anecosystem approach in the implementation of digital transformation in schools.
