بررسی رابطه میان نوآوری فناورانه، زیرساخت و رشد صنعتی در ایران

رشد صنعتی به عنوان یک هدف در کشورهای در حال توسعه بوده و عوامل بسیاری در آن دخیل است. مطالعات در مورد اثر زیرساخت ها و نوآوری بر رشد صنعتی در کشورهای مختلف نتایج متفاوتی داشته است و تا کنون اثر آن در ایران مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته است. هدف این مقاله بررسی پویایی‌ها و روابط بلندمدت و کوتاه‌مدت بین نوآوری‌های فناورانه، زیرساخت‌ها و رشد صنعتی در ایران در دوره 1359-1399 است. روش مورد استفاده آزمون کرانه های ardl است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده وجود رابطه بلندمدت و کوتاه مدت بین سه متغیر نوآوری فناورانه، زیرساخت و رشد صنعتی در ایران را تایید می کند. نوآوری فناورانه و زیرساخت ها دارای اثرات مثبت و معنادار بر رشد صنعتی ایران هستند اما این اثرات کوچک بوده است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از این تحلیل، پیامدهای سیاستی مهمی برای ایران دارد. افزایش سرمایه گذاری های تحقیق و توسعه، سرمایه گذاری در تحقیقات دانشگاهی، زیرساخت های فناوری های اطلاعات و ارتباطات ict، فناوری های سبز، اهمیت به حقوق مالکیت فکری و تدوین سیاست یکپارچه برای تاثیر بیشتر نوآوری های فناورانه و زیرساخت ها بر رشد صنعتی در افزایش اثر نوآوری های فناورانه و زیرساخت ها بر رشد صنعتی ایران موثر خواهد بود

industrial growth is a goal in developing countries and many factors are involved in it. studies on the effect of infrastructure and innovation on industrial growth in different countries have haddifferent results and so far its effect has not been investigated in iran. in this study, we examined the empirical cointegration, long and short-run dynamics and relationships betweentechnological innovation, infrastructure and industrial growth in bangladesh over the period ofof 2020 1980-. the ardl bounds test methodology and ecm framework were applied. theobtained results confirmed the long-run relationship between the three variables of technologicalinnovation, infrastructure and industrial growth in iran. technological innovation andinfrastructure have positive and significant effects on iran's industrial growth in the short andlong term, but these effects have been small. the results obtained from this empirical analysishave important policy implications for iran. increasing research and development investments,investing in academic research, information and communication technology infrastructure, greentechnologies, importance to intellectual property rights and formulating an integrated policy forgreater impact of technological innovations and infrastructure on industrial growth in increasingthe effect of innovations. technology and infrastructure will be effective on iran's industrialgrowth.
