بررسی عوامل موثر بر موفقیت سرمایه گذاری مشترک خارجی در واحدهای فناور مستقر در پارک های علم و فناور

واحدهای فناور مستقر در پارک ‌های علم و فناوری برای رشد به منابع مالی، دانش، فناوری و بازار داخلی و بین‌المللی نیاز دارند. استفاده از سرمایه‌گذاری مشترک خارجی یکی از راه‌های مناسب دست‌یابی واحدهای فناور به بازار می‌باشد. در این راستا، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر موفقیت سرمایهگذاری مشترک خارجی، با روش تحقیق ترکیبی در واحد‌های فناور مستقر در پارک‌های علم و فناوری استان تهران صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری 225 واحد فناور مستقر در پارک‌های استان تهران و قلمرو زمانی انجام تحقیق نیز پاییز سال 1398 است. در بخش کیفی پژوهش با مرور پیشینه و مصاحبه با 11 خبره که به صورت قضاوتی و با تکنیک گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند، مدل مفهومی پژوهش تدوین شد. در ادامه در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در جامعه آماری تحقیق (واحدهای فناور مستقر در پارک‌های علم و فناوری استان تهران) به صورت تصادفی توزیع شد. 147 پرسشنامه تکمیل شده به کمک مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار smartpls تحلیل گردید و مولفه‌های اثرگذار بر موفقیت سرمایهگذاری مشترک خارجی به ترتیب اهمیت عوامل محیطی، فرهنگی-رفتاری و ساختاری-سازمانی مشخص شد. به علاوه، ذیل مولفه‌های یاد شده افزایش ثبات سیاسی، افزایش ضمانت‌ اجرایی مالکیت فکری، افزایش توانمندی منابع انسانی، ساختار عادلانه‌تر حقوقی شراکت، تعهد و اعتماد متقابل بین شرکا، شهرت و تجربه پیشین بین المللی شریک تجاری از مهمترین عوامل موثر بر موفقیت سرمایه‌گذاری مشترک خارجی از دیدگاه واحدهای فناور هستند. یافته‌های این تحقیق دلالت‌های و پیشنهادات علمی و نظری برای موفقیت سرمایه‌گذاری‌های خارجی در واحدهای فناوری مستقر در پارک‌های علم و فناوری ارائه می‌نماید

analysis of influential factors on the success of international joint ventures in the tenants of science and technology parks

technology units located in science and technology parks need financial resources, knowledge, technology and domestic and international markets to grow. using foreign joint venture is one of the best ways to get technology units to market. in this regard, this study has been conducted with the aim of investigating the factors affecting the success of foreign joint ventures with the method of combined research in technology units located in science and technology parks of tehran province. the statistical population of 225 technology units located in the parks of tehran province and the time zone of the research is the fall of 1398. in the qualitative part of the research, a conceptual model of the research was developed by reviewing the background and interviewing 11 experts who were selected judiciously using the snowball technique. then, in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire was randomly distributed in the statistical population of the research (technology units located in science and technology parks of tehran province). 147 completed questionnaires were analyzed using structural equation modeling with smartpls software. the components affecting the success of foreign joint ventures were identified as the importance of environmental, cultural-behavioral and structural-organizational factors, respectively. in addition, the following components: increasing political stability, increasing the executive guarantee of intellectual property, increasing human resource empowerment, fairer legal structure of partnership, commitment and mutual trust between partners, reputation and previous experience of the trading partner are the most important factors influencing joint venture success. they are foreign from the point of view of technology units. the findings of this study provide scientific and theoretical implications and suggestions for the success of foreign investment in technology units located in science and technology parks.
