طراحی الگوی نوآوری شرکتی با تاکید بر تامین مالی رسمی

هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی نوآوری شرکتی با تاکید بر تامین مالی رسمی بود. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نظر شیوه گردآوری داده ها توصیفی- پیمایشی و به صورت آمیخته انجام شد. در مرحله اول، برای ساخت الگو از روش کیفی گرانددتئوری اشتراوس و کوربین و برای آزمون الگو از روش کمی توصیفی- تحلیلی و از نوع همبستگی مبتنی بر الگوی معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. در بخش کیفی برای انجام مصاحبه میدانی، جامعه آماری پژوهش، حبرگان آشنا به موضوع بودند که این افراد، به صورت گلوله برفی برای مصاحبه‌های کیفی در موضوع پژوهش انتخاب گردیدند (15 مصاحبه با 15 نفر و تا حد اشباع نظری ادامه یافت). در بخش کمی بعد از گردآوری اطلاعات حاصل از پژوهش کیفی، اقدام به ساخت پرسشنامه نموده و این پرسشنامه (110 گویه) در بین تمامی متخصصان حوزه اقتصاد، بانکی و نوآوری در استان گلستان (65 نفر) توزیع گردید که پس از پخش و جمع آوری پرسشنامه های تحقیق تعداد 54 پرسشنامه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. با توجه به مقادیر t-value (بیشتر از 2.58)، مشخص گردید که در سطح 0.99 ، هر دو مدل تامین مالی رسمی مورد تایید می باشد و تمامی روابط موجود در مدل پژوهش تایید گردیدند. ایجاد بانک های اطلاعاتی در خصوص ظرفیت های تامین مالی در ساختار شرکتی، تدوین چارچوب و ساختار مدون حقوقی در حوزه تامین مالی در حوزه شرکتی، ایجاد کمیته های راهبری در شرکت ها جهت توسعه نوآوری شرکتی، جذب و پرورش متخصصان مالی و اقتصادی در شرکت ها در حوزه تسهیلات و منابع مالی پیشنهاد می شود

designing a model of corporate innovation with an emphasis on official financing

the purpose of the current research was to design a model of corporate innovation with an emphasis on official financing. the present research in terms of purpose is practical and in terms of data collection method descriptive survey and it was done in a mixed way. in the first stage, strauss and corbin's grand theory qualitative method was used to build the model, and descriptive-analytical quantitative method and correlation type based on structural equation model were used to test the model. in the qualitative section to conduct field interviews, the statistical population of the research was habargan, who were familiar with the subject, and these people were selected as a snowball for qualitative interviews on the subject of the research (15 interviews). after collecting the information from the qualitative research, a questionnaire was created and this questionnaire (110 items) was distributed among all experts in the field of economics, banking and innovation in golestan province (65 people). 54 research questionnaires were analyzed. according to the t-value values (more than 2.58), it was found that at the level of 0.99, both official financing models are confirmed and all the relationships in the research model were confirmed. creating databases regarding financing capacities in the corporate structure, developing a legal framework and structure in the field of financing in the corporate field, creating steering committees in companies to develop corporate innovation, attracting and cultivating financial and economic specialists in companies. it is recommended in the field of facilities and financial resources.
