تحلیل و مقایسه نیت کارآفرینانه دانشجویان دانشکده کشاورزی بوعلی سینا و پیام نور استان همدان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نیت کارآفرینانه در بین دانشجویان رشته های کشاورزی دانشگاه بوعلی سینا و دانشگاه پیام نور همدان و در چارچوب کلی پژوهش های پیمایشی به انجام رسیده است. نمونه آماری این تحقیق را تعداد 370 نفر از دانشجویان دختر و پسر رشته های کشاورزی در مقطع تحصیلی کارشناسی دانشکده کشاورزی تشکیل دادند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات، از ابزار پرسشنامه و برای انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به منظور تشخیص پایایی پرسشنامه برای نیت کارآفرینی دانشجویان 0.85 محاسبه گردید که ضریب اعتبار مناسبی می باشد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات، از دو روش آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی استفاده شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که در مجموع دانشجویان مورد مطالعه از روحیه و نیت کارآفرینی بالایی برخوردارند البته نیت کارآفرینی در دانشجویان پسر بیشتر می باشد. بعلاوه نتایج حاصل از تحلیل همبستگی نیز نشان داد بین متغیرهای جنسیت، وضعیت اشتغال دانشجویان، ریسک پذیری و موانع اقتصادی میزان درآمد و میزان علاقه با نیت کارآفرینی آن ها رابطه مثبت و معنی داری دیده می شود و نیز اختلاف معناداری از نظر نیت کارافرینانه بین دانشگاه های مورد مطالعه وجود داشت.

analysis and comparison of students entrepreneurial intentions in bu ali sina college of agriculture and payamnoor university of hamedan

this study aimed to investigate the entrepreneurial intention among students of buali sina university in hamedan and pnu surveys have been conducted within the overall framework. the sample consisted of 370 male and female students in agricultural disciplines in undergraduate students formed the college of agriculture. to collect information, a questionnaire and a simple random sampling was used to select the sample. cronbach's alpha coefficient to determine the reliability coefficient was calculated to vary from 850 students' entrepreneurial intentions are good. to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used. the results showed that in general students of entrepreneurship spirit and intent of the high entrepreneurial intentions are more male students. the results of the analysis showed a correlation between gender, employment situation, risk appetite and economic barriers in interest income and a significant positive correlation with their entrepreneurial intentions can be seen. as well as the entrepreneurial intentions mnadray difference was observed between the universities.
