طراحی مدل جهت انتقال تکنولوژی نوین در نظام آموزش عالی

تکنولوژی آموزشی روش سیستماتیک طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی کل فرآیند یادگیری که برمبنای اهداف ویژه جهت ایجاد آموزش موثرتر در جهت دانش آفرینی تنظیم می شود. و بکارگیری ازاین تکنولوژی در مکانی بجز مکان اولیه ،انتقال تکنولوژی است. پژوهش با هدف طراحی مدل جهت انتقال تکنولوژی آموزشی در دانشگاههای آزاد مازندران انجام شد. روش تحقیقدر بخش کیفی از نوع درهم تنیده و در بخش کمی توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه 1700 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه های مازندران میباشد. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای است و بر اساس فرمول کوکرال تعداد 313 به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد.ابزار گرد آوری داده ها مصاحبه و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است.برای تعیین روایی ، از روایی محتوا و پایایی آن جهت مصاحبه از بازآزمایی و در قسمت کمی از روش ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بررسی ومقدار0.911محاسبه گردید. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای کولموگروف اسمیرنوف، - t تک نمونه ای، تحلیلعاملی اکتشافی و آزمون معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مدل انتقال تکنولوزی نوین در نظام اموزش عالی معادله ساختار خطی پیروی می کند و نتایج آزمون تحلیل عاملی تاییدی، برازندگی مدل انتقال تکنولوژی نوین آموزشی را در نظام آموزش عالی مورد تایید قرار داد، لذا اجرای آن در نظام آموزش عالی استان مازندران پیشنهاد میگردد.پیشنهاد مهم این است که مدل طراحی، ساختارسازمانی آموزش عالی را بررسی می کند؛به گونه ای که خط مشی ها ورویه های آن اعضا را به یادگیری ،یادگیری زدایی،ظرفیت جذب، ترکیب ،بنیان دانش ،همکاری ،ائتلاف،شبکه سازی تشویق کند تا در آن انتقال تکنولوژی صورت گیرد

Designing of a model for technology transmission in higher education

This research is design the model to transfer educational technology in universities in Mazanderan. this study is a descriptive survey. The population consists of 1700 people from faculty members in mazanderan universities. The method is quota randomly sampling and according to the jersey and Morgan table to determine the samples, 313 people were chosen . as samples The data collection tool was researchermade questionnaires. The content validity was used to determine the validity also, Cranach&rsquo;s alpha coefficient was used to assess the reliability which was calculated such as 0.819. In order to determine frequency, mean percentage, standard deviation, skewness, the highest and lowest, and the research data were analyzed at two levels of descriptive statistic as well as multiple regression tests at significance level of (p<0.05), path analysis was used at inferential statistic. This paper attempts to give a design modeling for transferring educational technology considering the available backgrounds. Analyzing the results indicates the acceptable correlation among the proposed model aspects such as philosophical aspects, objectives, theoretical basis, conceptual framework, and consistency among the objectives of the components, accuracy of component transposition, consistency with existing literature, its objective component, the updatability and model feasibility. The important proposition is to target the designingstructure and organizational model of higher education so that its policies and procedures encourage the members to learn, unlearning, absorbing, acquisition, combination of knowledge, collaboration, integration, networking, planning and problem solving to be used in transfer technology.
