This paper forms by the 21st century education and the need for emotional intelligence skills in producing quality human capital. discussion of the importance of emotional intelligence dimensions of social skills with the findings support adolescent emotional intelligence in malaysia and the contribution of variables esteem, leadership skills, operate and use feelings towards the relationship of social skills. focus discussion on the emotional intelligence is a core to produce individuals who are balanced physically, emotionally, spiritually and intellectually, and recommendations of the curriculum and the components of emotional intelligence skills can help improve your emotional intelligence skill set.
