چالش ها و راهکارهای ارائه مراقبت معنوی در پرستاری ایران: یک مرور دامنه ای

مقدمه: ارائه مراقبت معنوی از سوی پرستاران برای بیماران یک امر ضروری است و از سوی دیگر این مراقبت ها به طور کامل اجراء نمی گردد، لذا انجام یک مرور منظم درباره چالش ها و موانع اجرائی مراقبت معنوی در سیستم پرستاری ایران ضروری به نظر میرسد، لذا این مرور نظام مند با هدف تعیین چالش های موجود در ارائه مراقبت معنوی در پرستاری ایران و ارائه راهکارهای ارتقاء آن انجام گردید.روش کار: در این مرور نظام مند مبتنی بر  رویکرد آرکسی و اومالی ، کلمات کلیدیمراقبت معنوی، معنویت،پرستاری،پرستاران وایران و معادل انگلیسی آنها در پایگاه های داده معتبر فارسی و انگلیسی شامل pubmed، web of science، scopus، ،magiran،iranmedex,sid در فاصله زمانی 2010 الی 2025 مورد جستجو قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: از میان 1237 مقاله حاصل از جستجوی اولیه، در نهایت پس از غربالگری مقالات، تعداد 13 مقاله شامل 9 مقاله به روش کمی و 4 مقاله به روش کیفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که پرستاران ایرانی از اهمیت مراقبت معنوی آگاه هستند، اما در ارائه آن با چالش های متعددی روبرو هستند. این چالش ها عمدتاً شامل  کمبود دانش و آموزش، برنامه کاری شلوغ، عدم انگیزه کافی، 4تنوع نیازهای معنوی بیماران، و عدم حمایت کافی از سوی سیستم است. همچنین، در مطالعات مورد بررسی راهکارهای شامل آموزش مدون و هدفمند، تکریم باورها و اعتقادات مذهبی، نقش حمایتی پرستاران و خانواده، تشکیل تیم مراقبتی و ضرورت مراقبت معنوی به عنوان بخشی از مراقبت جامع متناسب گزارش شده است .نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاکی از آن است که با وجود درک اهمیت مراقبت معنوی توسط پرستاران ایرانی، چالش ها ساختاری، آموزشی و فردی، چالش‌های قابل توجهی را در مسیر ارائه موثر این مراقبت‌ها ایجاد کرده‌اند. رفع این چالش‌ها نیازمند برنامه‌ریزی‌های جامع آموزشی، توانمندسازی پرستاران و ایجاد محیط حمایتی در سیستم بهداشتی است. 

challenges and solutions for providing spiritual care in nursing in iran: a scoping review

introduction: providing spiritual care by nurses to patients is essential, and on the other hand, this care is not fully implemented, so conducting a systematic review of the challenges and obstacles to implementing spiritual care in the iranian nursing system seems necessary, so this scoping review was conducted with the aim of determining the challenges in providing spiritual care in iranian nursing and providing solutions to improve it.methods: in this scoping review based on the arksey & o’malley approach, the keywords spiritual care, spirituality, nursing, nurses and iran and their english equivalents were searched in reputable persian and english databases including pubmed, web of science, scopus, magiran, iranmedex, sid between 2014 and 2025.results: among the 1237 articles from the initial search, finally, after screening the articles, 13 articles were reviewed, including nine quantitative articles and four qualitative articles. the findings show that iranian nurses are aware of the importance of spiritual care, but they face several challenges in providing it. these challenges mainly include lack of knowledge and training, busy work schedules, lack of sufficient motivation, diversity of patients’ spiritual needs, and lack of sufficient support from the system. also, the reviewed studies have reported appropriate solutions, including structured and targeted education, respect for religious beliefs and convictions, the supportive role of nurses and families, formation of a care team, and the necessity of spiritual care as part of comprehensive care.conclusion: the results indicate that despite the understanding of the importance of spiritual care by iranian nurses, structural, educational, and individual challenges have created significant challenges in the effective provision of this care. addressing these challenges requires comprehensive educational planning, empowerment of nurses, and creation of a supportive environment in the health system.
