اثربخشی آموزش پیش از ازدواج واقعیت محور بر میل به ازدواج، تصویر ذهنی از همسر ایده‌ال و ترس‌های پیش از ازدواج در پسران مجرد

مقدمه: ازدواج موفق یک رابطه رو به رشد پویاست که در آن هر دو شریک زندگی برای رسیدن به رضایت شخصی به رشد خود ادامه می دهند. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی آموزش پیش از ازدواج واقعیت محور بر میل به ازدواج، تصویر ذهنی از همسر ایده ال و ترس های پیش از ازدواج در بین پسران مجرد در شهر بوشهر انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعه نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل دانشجویان پسران شهر بوشهر در سال 1399 بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 30 نفر بود که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل گمارده شدند. شرکت کنندگان به پرسشنامه های مقیاس انگیزش ازدواج یوسفی و علیجانی (1399)، مقیاس همسر رویاها یوسفی (1392)، ترس های پیش از ازدواج سمیعی، یوسفی و نشاط دوست (1392) پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری با نرم افزار spss-22 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش پیش از ازدواج واقعیت محور بر افزایش میل به ازدواج (0.001= p و 17.98=f)، کاهش تصویر ذهنی از همسر ایده ال (0.006= p و 9.28= f) و کاهش ابعاد ترس های پیش از ازدواج (ترس از همسر (0.001= p و 43.52= f)، ترس از ناتوانی مدیریت مالی (0.001= p و 13.51= f)، ترس از محدودیت همسر (0.002= p و 12.07= f)، ترس از خود (0.006= p و 3.99= f)، ترس از خیانت همسر (0.005= p و 6.53=f)، غیر از ترس مالی (0.15= p و 2.19= f) پسران مجرد تاثیر معناداری داشته است (0.05>p). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش می توان نتیجه گرفت که  آموزش پیش از ازدواج واقعیت محور به عنوان یک مداخله مهم و کلیدی در حوزه مشاوره پیش از ازدواج استفاده کرد. همچنین، نتایج این تحقیق می تواند مورد استفاده متخصصان و مشاوران خانواده و ازدواج  قرار بگیرد.

the effectiveness of reality -based pre-marital instruction on marriage tendency, mind image of ideal spouse, pre-marriage worries in single boys

introduction: a successful marriage is a dynamic growing relationship in which both partnerscontinue to grow to achieve personal satisfaction. the present study aimed to investigate the effect of reality-based premarital education on the marriage tendency, mind image of the ideal spouse, and pre-marriage worries among single boys in bushehr.methods: the present study’s design was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. the statistical population of this study included male students of bushehr city in 2019. the research sample consisted of 30 people selected by the available sampling method and randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups. participants answered the questionnaires of yousefi and alijani’s marriage motivation scale (2019), yousefi’s dream spouse scale (2012), and premarital fears questionnaires of samiei, yousefi and neshatdoost (2013). data were analyzed using multivariate covariance analysis with spss-22 software.results: the results showed that reality-based premarital education on increasing the marriage tendency (p=0.001 and f=17.98), reduced the mind image of the ideal spouse (p=0.006 and f=9.28), and reduced the dimensions of premarital fears (fear of spouse (p=0.001 and f=43.52), fear of financial management inability (p=0.001 and f=13.51), fear of spouse’s imposed limitations (p=0.002 and f=12.07), fear of self (p=0.006 and f=3.99), fear of infidelity (p=0.005 and f=6.53), other than financial fear (p=0.15 and f=2.19)) single boys had a significant effect (p <0.05).conclusions: the research results suggest that reality-based premarital education can be an important and key intervention in premarital counseling. the results can also be used by specialists and family and marriage counselors.
