ویژگی های روانسنجی نسخه ایرانی پرسشنامه خیالپردازی های جنسی ویلسون در زوجین ایرانی

مقدمه: درک خیالپردازی های جنسی به عنوان درک بخش مهمی از سائق جنسی  در انسان مطرح می باشد به دلیل اینکه خیالپردازی های  جنسی دارای ماهیت فردی می باشد کارهای تحقیقاتی بر روی آن  به شکل استاندارد در کارازمایی بالینی مورد توجه کمتری قرار گرفته است . هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه خیالپردازی های جنسی (خیالپردازی های جنسی )ویلسون بود (wsfq). روش :این مطالعه از نوع هنجاریابی بوده و زمان انجام پژوهش از خرداد 1399 تا اخر مرداد ماه 1399 در شهرستان مشهد بود. افراد شرکت کننده در پژوهش زنان و مردان 20-55 ساله با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس بوده و ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه  خیالپردازی های جنسی ویلسون بود. در این مطالعه ویژگی های روانسنجی پرسشنامه شامل تحلیل عامل تاییدی، روایی، پایایی، همسانی درونی، روایی همگرا و واگرا مورد سنجش و ارزیابی قرار گرفت.یافته ها: نتایج بدست امده در  تحلیل عامل تاییدی بیانگرضریب پایایی آلفای کرونباخ 0.97 بود می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که ابزار سنجش خیالپردازی های جنسی ویلسون از پایایی (همسانی درونی) مطلوبی برخوردارمی باشد. همچنین مقدار cr  نیز بالاتر از 0.7 بود که نشان‌دهنده پایایی ترکیبی مطلوب و قابل‌قبول است. بارهای عاملی تمام مولفه‌ها و تمام گویه‌های مربوط به متغیر خیالپردازی های جنسی ویلسون به جز یک گویه معنادار و مطلوب بود. در روایی همگرا نیز، نمرات کیفیت زندگی جنسی با نمره خیالپردازی مرتبط با صمیمت در موقعیت‌های خیالپردازیی که در واقعیت اتفاق افتاده است و خیالپردازیی که دوست داریم در واقعیت اتفاق بیفتد دارای همبستگی مثبت و معناداری بود (p<0.05).نتیجه گیری: همانطور که یافته های پژوهش نشان داد پرسشنامه خیالپردازی های جنسی ویلسون از روایی و پایایی مناسبی برخوردار بود. همچنین در زمینه روایی همگرا و واگرا نیز نتایج مطلوبی بین خرده مقیاس ها و مقیاس کیفیت زندگی جنسی در افراد به دست آمد که موید اطمینان بخشی و اعتمادپذیری این پرسشنامه بود. از نتایج این پژوهش می توان در مشاوره و رواندرمانی به ویژه در مطالعات زوج درمانی و سکس تراپی استفاده نمود. 

psychometric characteristics of iranian version of wilson sexual fantasy questionnaire in iranian couples

introduction: sexual fantasies are deliberate mental images that have erotic or stimulating content, originating from one’s past experience or sexual activities’ desire. besides, sexual fantasies are worldwide experienced, and focusing on them and experiencing them affect one’s sexual behavior.  because sexual fantasies have an individual nature, research work on it as a standard tool in clinical trials has received less attention. the aim of the present study was to evaluate the validity and reliability of the wilson sexual fantasy questionnaire (wsfq).methods: this study was standardization research. the research was operated in mashhad from june till august 2020. participants in the study of men and women aged 20-55 years were chosen by accessible sampling method and the research tool was the wilson sexual fantasy questionnaire. in this study, the psychometric properties of the questionnaire including confirmatory factor analysis, validity, reliability, and internal consistency, convergent and divergent validity were assessed and evaluated.results: the results obtained in the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the reliability coefficient of cronbach’s alpha was 0.97. it can be concluded that the tool for measuring wilson’s sexual fantasies has good reliability (internal consistency). also, the cr value was higher than 0.7, which indicates the desired and acceptable combination reliability. factor loads of all components and all items related to wilson’s sexual fantasies variable were significant and desirable except for one item. in the convergent narrative, the scores of sexual quality of life had a positive and significant correlation with the score of intimacy-related fantasy in fantasy situations that happened in reality and fantasy that we would like to happen in reality (p <0.05).conclusion: as the findings showed, the wilson sexual fantasy questionnaire had good validity and reliability. also in the field of convergent and divergent validity, favorable results were obtained between subscales and the scale of quality of sexual life in individuals, which confirms the reliability and reliability of this questionnaire.
