پیش بینی نشانگان ضربه عشق بر اساس سبکهای دلبستگی با نقش میانجی تنظیم هیجان در دانشجویان

مقدمه: نشانگان ضربه عشق می تواند با پریشانی و عوارض منفی متعددی همراه باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش واسطه ای تنظیم رفتاری هیجان در رابطه سبکهای دلبستگی و نشانگان ضربه عشق انجام شد.روش کار: مطالعه حاضر، توصیفی-همبستگی و از نوع مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل دانشجویان دختر و پسر دانشگاههای شهر شیراز در سال 1399 بود که با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس تعداد 341 نفر (222 زن و 119 مرد) انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه تنظیم رفتاری هیجان، پرسشنامه نشانگان ضربه عشق و پرسشنامه دلبستگی بزرگسالان بود. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر با بهره گیری از نرم افزار ایموس استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که تنظیم هیجان در رابطه بین سبک های دلبستگی و نشانگان ضربه عشق دارای نقشمیانجی بود ( 05 / p< 0 ). طبق شاخص های برازش، مدل مفهومی از برازش مناسبی برخوردار بود.نتیجه گیری: بر این اساس متخصصان حوزه سلامت می توانند به استناد یافته های این مطالعه، به طراحی مداخلات لازم به منظور اصلاح سبکهای دلبستگی و راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان در افراد با نشانگان ضربه عشق بپردازند و بدین طریق آنها را در غلبه بر آسیب های روانی احتمالی یاری برسانند. 

predicting love trauma syndrome based on attachment styles with the mediating role of emotion regulation

introduction: love trauma syndrome can be associated with many anxieties and negative side effects. the aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of emotion regulation in the relationship between attachment styles and love trauma syndrome.methods: the present study was descriptive-correlational and structural equation modeling. the statistical population of the present study included male and female students of shiraz universities in 1399. by available sampling method, 341 people were selected to participate in this study. data collection tools included behavioral emotion regulation questionnaire, love trauma syndrome, and adult attachment questionnaire.results: the results showed that there is a correlation coefficient between ambivalent attachment (0.28**) and adaptive emotion regulation (0.23**) and maladaptive emotion regulation (0.12**) with love trauma syndrome at the level of 0.01. also, emotion regulation had a mediating role in the relationship between attachment styles and love trauma syndrome (p<0.05).conclusion: based on the findings of this study, health professionals can design the necessary interventions to correct attachment styles and regulate emotion in people with trauma syndrome and thus help them overcome possible psychological trauma. bring them.keywords: attachment styles, emotion regulation, love trauma
