رابطه ترومای دوران کودکی با افکار خودکشی با توجه به نقش واسطه‌ای طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه

مقدمه: آسیب ها و تروماهای دوران کودکی می تواند تاثیر عمیقی بر ویژگی های روانشناختی افراد در طول زندگی بگذارند. تروماهای دوران کودکی می توانند در شکل گیری طرحواره های ناسازگار و بروز افکار خودکشی گونه در بزرگسالی موثر باشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مدل یابی افکار خودکشی بر اساس ترومای کودکی با نقش میانجی طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه انجام شد.روش کار: این پژوهش از لحاظ روش از نوع مطالعات همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش حاضر را تمامی بزرگسالان شهر تهران که سابقه ناملایمات جسمی و جنسی در دوران کودکی داشتند، تشکیل دادند. نمونه شامل 300 نفر با سابقه ناملایمات کودکی بودند که با شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. به منظور سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش از پرسشنامه های ترومای دوران کودکی (ctq)، پرسشنامه افکار خودکشی بک (bssi) و پرسشنامه طرحواره های ناسازگار (ysq-sf) استفاده شد. داده ها به شیوه تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم افزار ایموس (amos) بررسی شد. یافته ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که اثر مستقیم ترومای دوران کودکی بر افکار خودکشی به صورت مثبت معنادار است 0/05>p. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه در رابطه بین ترومای دوران کودکی با افکار خودکشی نقش میانجی ایفا می کنند 0/05>p.نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه رابطه بین افکار خودکشی و ترومای دوران کودکی را میانجی گری می کنند و برای کار بر روی افکار خودکشی باید به نقش طرحواره ها و تجربه های ناگوار دوران کودکی پرداخت.         

the relationship between childhood trauma and suicidal thoughts with the mediating role of maladaptive schemas

introduction: childhood injuries and traumas can affect the psychological characteristics of people throughout their lives. childhood traumas can lead to the formation of maladaptive schemas and the occurrence of suicidal thoughts in adulthood. the current research purpose was modeling suicidal thoughts based on childhood trauma with the mediating role of maladaptive schemas.methods: this research is a correlational study method. the statistical population of the present study is consiste of all the adults in tehran who experienced physical and sexual adversities in childhood. the sample included 300 people with a history of childhood adversity who were selected by available sampling. in order to measure the research variables were used childhood trauma questionnaires (ctq), beck suicidal thoughts questionnaire (bssi), and inconsistent schemas questionnaire (ysq-sf). the data was analyzed path analysis using amos software.    results: the findings showed that the direct effect of childhood trauma on suicidal thoughts is significant (p <0.05). also, the results show that early maladaptive schemas play an intermediate role in the relationship between childhood traumas and suicide thoughts (p <0.05). conclusions: early maladaptive schemas mediate the relationship between suicidal thoughts and childhood trauma, and to work on suicidal thoughts, the role of schemas and unfortunate childhood experiences should be considered.
