ارائه مدل تجارب سایکوتیک در زنان آزاردیده بر اساس خشونت همسر: نقش میانجی ابعاد سرشت و منش

مقدمه: اگرچه رابطه بین خشونت همسر و تجارب سایکوتیک زنان آزاردیده مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است، اما توجه کمتری به عوامل میانجی این رابطه شده است. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین و ارائه مدل تجارب سایکوتیک در زنان آزاردیده بر اساس خشونت همسر و با توجه به نقش میانجی ابعاد سرشت و منش انجام شد.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان آزاردیده مراجعه‌کننده به پزشکی قانونی استان البرز در سال 1398 بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 331 نفر از زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز خدمات سلامت روان بود که ادعا ‌کردند مورد آزار و اذیت همسر خود قرارگرفته‌اند و پزشکان قانونی نیز پس از انجام معاینات، صدمات وارده را تایید کردند. شرکت‌کنندگان به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. آن‌ها به نسخه 16 ماده‌ای پرسشنامه پیش مرضی، نسخه تعدیل‌شده مقیاس مطالعه‌ ملی خشونت جنسی و خشونت از طرف شریک زندگی و فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه سرشت و منش پاسخ دادند. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری و به کمک نرم‌افزارهای آماری spss22 و lisrel8.8 تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که مسیر مستقیم خشونت همسر به سرشت (0.01>p)، منش (0.01>p) و تجارب سایکوتیک (0.05>p) معنادار است. مسیر مستقیم سرشت به تجارب سایکوتیک (0.01>p) و منش به تجارب سایکوتیک (0.01>p) معنی‌دار است. به‌علاوه مشخص شد که مسیر غیرمستقیم بین خشونت همسر و تجارب سایکوتیک از طریق ابعاد سرشت-منش معنی‌دار است (0.01>p).نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش از نقش میانجی سرشت و منش در رابطه بین خشونت همسر با تجارب سایکوتیک حمایت می‌کند. این نتایج بر لزوم توجه به ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و تجارب سایکوتیک زنان آزاردیده و همچنین استفاده از آموزش‌ها و درمان‌های مناسب توسط متخصصان و درمانگران اشاره دارد.

modeling of psychotic experiences in abused women in relation to intimate partner violence: the mediating role of temperament and character dimensions

introduction: although the relationship between intimate partner violence and the psychotic experiences of abused women has been investigated, less attention has been paid to the mediating factors of this relationship. so, the present study was carried out to develop and propose a model for psychotic experiences related with intimate partner violence among abused women, while considering the mediating role of character and temperament dimensions.method: this study was a descriptive correlational study. the statistical population included all abused women who referred to alborz province forensic medicine general office in 2020. the sample included 331 women who referred to mental health centers, who claimed to have been abused by their husbands. also, forensic physicians also confirmed the injuries after a medical examination. participants were selected by convenience sampling method. they answered the modified version of national intimate partner and sexual violence survey scale, 16-item version of the prodromal questionnaire and the temperament and character inventory-short form. the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and spss22 and lisrel8.8 software.findings: the results showed that the direct path of intimate partner violence to temperament (p<0.01), character (p<0.01) and psychotic experiences (p<0.05) was significant. the direct path of temperament to psychotic experiences (p<0.01) and also the direct path of character to psychotic experiences (p<0.01) are significant. in addition, indicated that the indirect path intimate partner violence to psychotic experiences through temperament-character dimensions was significant (p<0.01).conclusions: the findings of this study support the mediating role of temperament and character in the relationship between intimate partner violence and psychotic experiences. these results indicate the need to pay attention to the personality traits and psychotic experiences of abused women, as well as the use of appropriate training and treatment by specialists and therapists.
