تاثیر آموزش پیش از ازدواج واقعیت محور بر نوع تصمیم گیری و خودکارآمدی ازدواج در پسران مجرد

مقدمه: ازدواج موفق یک رابطه رو به رشد پویاست که در آن هر دو شریک زندگی برای رسیدن به رضایت شخصی به رشد خود ادامه می دهند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی آموزش پیش از ازدواج واقعیت محور بر نوع تصمیم گیری و خودکارآمدی ازدواج در بین پسران مجرد در شهر بوشهر انجام شد.روش‌ کار: طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعه نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل پسران مجرد و دانشجوی شهر بوشهر بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 30 نفر بود که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل گمارده شدند. شرکت کنندگان به پرسشنامه های سبکهای تصمیم گیری اسکات و بروس و مقیاس خودکارآمدی ازدواج دیباج و همکاران پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش بر افزایش میانگین سبکهای تصمیم گیری عقلایی(p=0.01 and f=25.15) و کاهش سبک های شهودی، (p=0.002 و f=21.35), وابستگی، (p=0.002وf=12.67) آنی، (p=0.006 و f=6.40), اجتنابی (p=0.01و f=15.81) و افزایش خودکارآمدی (0/001 p= و f=74.74)نسبت به گروه کنترل موثر بوده است.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج حاصل می توان نتیجه گرفت یکی از راههای موثر برای بهبود قدرت تصمیم گیری و خودکارآمدی ازدواج، آموزش پیش از ازدواج واقعیت محور مداخله ای موثر برای جوانان در آستانه ی ازدواج است

the effect of reality -based pre-marital instruction on type decision making and marriage self-efficacy in single boys

background: a successful marriage is a dynamic growing relationship in which both partners continue to grow to achieve personal satisfaction. the aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of reality-based premarital education on the type of decision making and marriage self-efficacy among single boys in bushehr.methods: the design of the present study was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. the statistical population of this study included single boys and students in bushehr. the research sample consisted of 30 people who were selected by available sampling method and were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group. participants answered the questionnaires of scott and bruce’s decision making style questionnaires (1995) and the marital self-efficacy scale of dibaj et al. (2014). data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance.findings: the results showed that the type of decision-making on increasing the rational style and reducing the intuitive, dependent, instantaneous, avoidant and increasing self-efficacy of marriage was significantly different from the control group (p <0.05).conclusions: the results showed the effect of reality-based premarital education on the type of decision-making and marriages self-efficacy of single boys’; and it can be used as an important and key intervention in the field of premarital counseling. also, the results of this research can be used by family and marriage counseling specialists.
