رابطه بین تجارب آسیب‌زای دوره کودکی و نشانه‌های شخصیت اسکیزوتایپال: نقش میانجی تجارب تجزیه‌ای و تحمل‌ناپذیری بلاتکلیفی

مقدمه: صفات اسکیزوتایپال می‌توانند منجر به اختلال در کارکردهای اجتماعی و شخصی شوند و پیش‌درآمد بروز اختلال‌های طیف روان‌پریشی باشند. ازاین‌رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی تجارب تجزیه‌ای و تحمل‌ناپذیری بلاتکلیفی در رابطه بین تجارب آسیب‌زای دوره کودکی و نشانه‌های شخصیت اسکیزوتایپال انجام شد.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف بنیادی و ازنظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد بیرجند در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 تشکیل دادند (5200=n). حجم نمونه 400 نفر بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه آسیب دوران کودکی، مقیاس تجارب تجزیه‌ای، مقیاس تحمل‌ناپذیری بلاتکلیفی و پرسشنامه شخصیت اسکیزوتایپال فرم کوتاه استفاده شد. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای spss و lisrel و با کمک روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که تجارب تجزیه‌ای و تحمل‌ناپذیری بلاتکلیفی میانجی رابطه بین تجارب آسیب‌زای دوران کودکی و نشانه‌های شخصیت اسکیزوتایپال هستند. بعلاوه این مدل از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر از نقش میانجی تجارب تجزیه‌ای و تحمل‌ناپذیری بلاتکلیفی در رابطه بین تجارب آسیب‌زای دوران کودکی و نشانه‌های شخصیت اسکیزوتایپال حمایت می‌کند. این نتایج بر لزوم توجه به این سازه‌ها و در نظر گرفتن نقش آن‌ها توسط متخصصان، درمانگران و برنامه ریزان به هنگام کار با دانشجویان و به‌طور خاص در مراکز مشاوره‌ای و درمانی تاکید دارد.

Relationship between Traumatic Childhood Experiences and Schizotypal Personality Traits: The Mediating Role of Dissociative Experiences and Intolerance of Uncertainty

Introduction: Schizotypal traits can lead to disturbance in social and personal functioning and are a prodromal risk factor for developing psychosis. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the mediating role of dissociative experiences and intolerance of uncertainty in relationship between traumatic childhood experiences and schizotypal personality traits.Methods: The research was descriptivecorrelational. The statistical population consisted of all students of Islamic Azad University of Birjand in the academic year of 20192020, whose number was 5200 people. The sample size was 400 people who were selected by cluster random sampling method. In order to data gendering, childhood trauma questionnaire (CTQ), dissociative experiences scale (DES), intolerance of uncertainty scale (IUS) and schizotypal personality questionnaire Brief Form (SPQBF) was used. The present research data were analyzed using SPSS and LISREL software and structural equation modeling method.Results: The results of this study showed that dissociative experiences and intolerance of uncertainty mediated the relationship between traumatic childhood and schizotypal personality traits. In addition, this model has a good fit.Conclusions: The results of the present study support of the mediating role of dissociative experiences and intolerance of uncertainty in relationship between traumatic childhood experiences and schizotypal personality traits. These results emphasize the need to pay attention to these structures and consider their role by specialists, therapists and planners when working with students and especially in counseling and treatment centers.
