پیش‌بینی سلامت جنسی در بین زوجین بر اساس منبع کنترل، حمایت اجتماعی و فراهیجان

مقدمه: سلامت جنسی یکی از جنبه های اصلی سلامت فردی است که همسران را در همه مراحل زندگی، تحت تاًثیر قرار می دهد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی سلامت جنسی در بین زوجین بر اساس منبع کنترل، حمایت اجتماعی و فراهیجان صورت پذیرفت. روش کار: روش پژوهش توصیفی، از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زوجین شهر اردبیل در سال 1398 بودند که به روش نمونه‌ گیری در دسترس تعداد 120 نفر (60 زن و شوهر) به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از ابزارهای منبع کنترل راتر (1966)، حمایت اجتماعی زیمت (1988)، فراهیجان میتمنسگرابر و همکاران (2009) و مقیاس سلامت جنسی معنوی‌پور (1388) استفاده شد. داده‌ها با روش‌های ضریب هبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه در نرم‌افزار spss18 تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین منبع کنترل، حمایت اجتماعی و فراهیجان با سلامت جنسی در بین همسران رابطه معناداری وجود دارد (p<0.05). همچنین نتایج نشان داد منبع کنترل، حمایت اجتماعی و فراهیجان در مجموع قادرند 57 درصد از واریانس سلامت جنسی را در زوجین تبیین کنند (p<0.05).نتیجه گیری: سلامت جنسی زوجین با متغیّرهای منبع کنترل، حمایت اجتماعی و فراهیجان پیش بینی‌شدنی است، بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود که روان‌شناسان و متخصصان حوزه سلامت برای بهبود سلامت جنسی همسران به نقش این متغیرها توجه بیشتری کنند. همچنین پژوهشگران، انجام مطالعات بیشتر در زمینه‌ی‌ سلامت جنسی همسران را توصیه می‌کنند.

Predicting Sexual Health in Couples based on Locus of Control, Social Support and Meta-Emotions

Introduction: Sexual health is one main aspect of health, which can affect couples in different stages of life. This study aimed at exploring predicting sexual health in couples based on locus of control, social support and metaemotions.Methods: This study is a correlational one. The statistical population of this study consisted of all couples living in Ardebil City in 2019. Using convenient sampling method, 120 people (60 couples) were chosen as the sample. To collecting data, locus of control scale of Rotter (1966), social support of Zimet (1988), metaemotion of Mitmansgruber et al (2009), sexual health scale of Manavi Pour (2010) were used. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression in SPSS18 software.Results: The findings showed that there is a significant relationship between locus of control, social support, metaemotion and sexual health of the couples (p<0.05). According to the results, locus of control, social support and metaemotion can explain 57 per cent of sexual health variance (p<0.05).Conclusion: Sexual health of couples can be predicted through variables such as locus of control, social support and metaemotion. Thus, we suggest that psychologist and health professionals pay more attention to these variables to enhance the sexual health of couples. Given its importance, we think that researchers must carry out more research on sexual health issues.
