اثربخشی آموزش رویکرد یکپارچه چندسطحی فلدمن بر افزایش شفافیت ارتباط زناشویی و کاهش میل به طلاق

مقدمه: زوجین متقاضی طلاق دارای مشکلات فراوانی در روابط زناشویی خود هستند و یکی از روش‌های موثر در بهبود ویژگی‌های مرتبط با زندگی زناشویی، روش آموزش رویکرد یکپارچه چندسطحی فلدمن است. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش رویکرد یکپارچه چندسطحی فلدمن بر افزایش شفافیت ارتباط زناشویی و کاهش میل به طلاق در زوجین متقاضی طلاق انجام شد. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر شبه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه پژوهش متشکل از کلیه زوج‌های متقاضی طلاق استان البرز بودند که به مرکز مشاوره حامی خانواده در سال 1398 ارجاع داده شدند. نمونه پژوهش 20 زوج دارای نمره پایین در شفافیت ارتباط زناشویی و نمره بالا در میل به طلاق بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و با روش گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای آموزش رویکرد یکپارچه چندسطحی فلدمن شرکت نمود و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار برای آموزش قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با مقیاس‌های شفافیت ارتباط زناشویی (سعیدی‌فرد و همکاران، 1395) و میل به طلاق (رازبالت و همکاران، 1986) در مراحل پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری دو ماهه جمع‌آوری و با روش اندازه‌گیری مکرر تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که آموزش رویکرد یکپارچه چندسطحی فلدمن باعث افزایش شفافیت ارتباط زناشویی و کاهش میل به طلاق در زوجین متقاضی طلاق شد و پایداری نتایج پس از دو ماه حفظ شد (p<0.05). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه نتایج، برنامه‌ریزی برای استفاده از روش آموزش رویکرد یکپارچه چندسطحی فلدمن برای افزایش شفافیت ارتباط زناشویی و کاهش میل به طلاق در زوج‌های متقاضی طلاق ضروری است.

The Effectiveness of Feldman Multilevel Integrative Approach Training on Increase Marital Relationship Transparency and Decrease Divorce Tendency in Divorce Seeking Couples

Introduction: Divorce seeking couples have many problems in their marital relationships and one of the most effective methods to improve marital characteristics related life is Feldman multilevel integrative approach training method. Therefore, present research aimed to determine the effectiveness of Feldman multilevel integrative approach training on increase marital relationship transparency and decrease divorce tendency in divorce seeking couples. Methods: Present study was a semiexperimental with a pretest and posttest design with control group. The research community was including couples seeking divorce of Alborz city referred to Hami Khanevadeh counseling center in 2019 year. The research sample was 20 couples with low scores in marital relationship transparency and high scores in divorce tendency were selected by available sampling method and were replaced by random assignment method in experimental and control groups. The experimental group participated in 8 sessions of 90 minutes of Feldman multilevel integrative approach training and the control group was placed on the waiting list for training. Data collected with the scales of marital relationship transparency (Saeedifard et al, 2016) and divorce tendency (Rusbult et al, 1986) in the pretest, posttest and two months followup phases and analyzed by repeated measures method. Results: The findings showed that Feldman multilevel integrative approach training led to increase the marital relationship transparency and decrease the divorce tendency in divorce seeking couples and the stability of results was maintained after two months (P<0.05). Conclusions: Regarded to the results, planning to use the method of Feldman multilevel integrative approach training is necessary to increasing marital relationship transparency and decreasing divorce tendency in divorce seeking couples.
