طراحی مدل پیش بینی رضایت جنسی بر اساس طرحواره های جنسی و تمایزیافتگی خود در زوجین

مقدمه: رابطه‌ و رضایت جنسی به‌ عنوان فشارسنج هیجانی در روابط زوجین عمل می‌کند به طوری که می‌تواند منعکس‌کننده رضایت زوجین از جنبه‌های دیگر رابطه زناشویی آنها باشد، پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل پیش بینی رضایت جنسی بر اساس طرحواره های جنسی و تمایزیافتگی خود در زوجین انجام شد.روش کار: روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش کلیه زوجین ساکن شهرستان بوکان در سال 1398 بودند که از بین آنها 500 نفر از زوجین بر اساس فرمول کوکران و به روش نمونه‫گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مقیاس های طرحواره های شناختی در بافت جنسی، تمایزیافتگی خود و رضایت جنسی لارسون بودند. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های کولموگوروف-اسمیرنوف، معادلات ساختاری و ضرایب مسیر به کمک نرم افزار pls انجام شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که مدل ساختاری پژوهش برازش قابل قبولی با داده های پژوهش دارد. شاخص ضریب تعیین نشان دهنده قدرت پیش‌بینی متغیر وابسته(رضایت جنسی) از روی متغیرهای مستقل(طرحواره های جنسی و تمایزیافتگی) می‌باشد. نتایج تحلیل مسیر حاکی از آن است که مقدار ضریب تعیین رضایت جنسی برابر با 0.798 می ‌باشد که بیانگر اینست بدون در نظر گرفتن سایر متغیرها، متغیرهای تمایزیافتگی خود و طرحواره های جنسی قادر به تبیین حدود 0.80 از تغییرات رضایت جنسی می باشند.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج یافته ها، زوج درمانگران می توانند برای بهبود مشکلات و تعارضات جنسی زوجین، از این رویکرد در مداخلات خود جهت درمان طرحواره های جنسی منفی و همچنین افزایش سطح تمایزیافتگی در زوجین استفاده کنند.

Designing a Sexual Satisfaction Predictive Model Based on Sexual Schemes and self-Differentiation in Couples

Introduction: Relationship and sexual satisfaction act as an emotional barometer in couple relationships So that it can reflect couples' satisfaction with other aspects of their marriage, The purpose of this study was to design a model for predicting sexual satisfaction based on sexual schemes and their differentiation in couples.Methods: The present study was a descriptivecorrelational research. The research population consisted of all couples in Boukan city in the year 2019, among which, 500 couples were selected based on Cochran's formula and available sampling method. The research tool was scales for measurement of cognitive schemes in the sexual tissue, self differentiation and sexual satisfaction of Larson. Data were analyzed by using KolmogorovSmirnov tests, structural equations and path coefficients in PLS software.Results: The results showed that the structural model of the research is in good agreement with the research data. The coefficient of determination indicates the predictive power of the dependent variable (sexual satisfaction) on the independent variables (sexual schemes and selfdifferentiation). The results of the path analysis indicate that the coefficient of determination of sexual satisfaction is 0/798 Which means that regardless of other variables, Differentiation variables and sexual schemes are able to explain about 0/80% of sexual satisfaction changes.Conclusion: According to the results, Couples Therapists can help couples to improve their sexual problems, Use this approach in their interventions to treat negative sexual schemes as well as to increase the level of differentiation in couples.
