رابطه‌‌ی انعطاف پذیری روان شناختی، تیپ شخصیتی d و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده با تنیدگی شغلی در پرستاران

مقدمه: پرستاری از جمله مشاغل دارای تنش شغلی بالا است که می بایست برای تامین سلامت جسمی و روانی پرستاران و کاهش تنیدگی شغلی آنان، به عوامل پیش بینی کننده آن توجه ویژه ای نمود. بر این اساس، هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارتباط انعطاف پذیری روان شناختی، تیپ شخصیتی d و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده با تنیدگی شغلی در پرستاران بود.روش کار: روش این پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های دولتی شهر رشت بودند که نمونه ای به تعداد 318 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس طی ماه های مهر تا آبان سال 1397 انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های انعطاف پذیری روان شناختی (بوند و همکاران، 2011)، تیپ شخصیتیd (دنولت، 2005) و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده (زیمت و همکاران، 1988) استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از روش همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام تحلیل گردید.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که انعطاف ناپذیری روان شناختی (0.20=r) و مولفه های عاطفه منفی (0.30=r) و بازداری اجتماعی (0.19=r) از تیپ شخصیتی d با تنیدگی شغلی در پرستاران رابطه مثبت و معنادار (p>0.01) دارد. در حالیکه، بین حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده (0.41= r) و تنیدگی شغلی رابطه منفی و معنادار (p>0.01) وجود دارد. نتایج مربوط به تحلیل رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده (0.412=β) و مولفه عاطفه منفی از تیپ شخصیتی d (0.221=β) توانسته اند 21 درصد از واریانس تنیدگی شغلی را تبیین کند.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده می توان نتیجه گیری نمود که انعطاف پذیری روان شناختی، حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده و تیپ شخصیتی d می توانند تنیدگی شغلی در پرستاران را پیش بینی کنند. بنابراین دست اندرکاران حوزه سلامت می توانند با تمرکز بر این متغیرهای روان شاختی، برنامه های آموزشی مناسب جهت کاهش تنیدگی شغلی در پرستاران را تدوین و اجرا نمایند.

The Correlation of Psychological Flexibility, Type D Personality and Perceived Social Support with Job Tension in Nurses

Introduction: Nursing is one of the occupations with high job tension which should pay special attention to its predicting factors for nurses' physical and mental health and reducing their job tension. According to this, the purpose of the present study was to investigate the correlation of psychological flexibility, type D personality and perceived social support with job tension in nurses.Methods: The method of this research was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population included all nurses working in public hospitals in Rasht. A sample of 318 people was selected using available sampling method from October to November 2019. Psychological flexibility (Bond and et al., 2011), type D personality (Denollet, 2005) and perceived social support (Zimet and et al., 1998) questionnaires were used to collect data. Data were analyzed by using Pearson correlation and stepwise regression.Results: The results showed that psychological inflexibility (r=0.20) and the components of negative affect (r=0.30) and social inhibition (r=0.19) from type D personality have a positive and significant correlation with job tension in nurses (P>0.01). While, there is a negative and significant (P>0.01) relationship between perceived social support and job tension (r=0.41). The results of regression analysis also showed that perceived social support ( beta;=0.412) and the component of negative affect from type D personality ( beta;=0.221) were able to explain 21% of the variance of job tension.Conclusion: According to the results, it can be concluded that ,psychological flexibility, perceived social support and type D personality can predict job tension in nurses. Therefore, health practitioners can develop and implement appropriate training programs to reduce job tension in nurses by focusing on these psychological variables.
