پیش بینی تعارضات زناشویی زنان در گیر خشونت خانگی براساس طرحواره های جنسی، عملکرد جنسی و ‌رضایت جنسی ‌

مقدمه: امروزه یکی از دستاوردهای تحولات نهاد خانواده تعارضاتی است که در روابط بین زوجین دیده می شود. نتایج این تعارضات را می توان در سست شدن روابط زناشویی و بدنبال آن افزایش میزان طلاق مشاهده نمود. این پژوهش با هدف پیش بینی تعارضات زناشویی بر اساس طرحواره های جنسی، عملکرد جنسی و رضایت جنسی انجام گرفت.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه زنان مراجعه کننده به سازمان پزشکی قانونی شهر ساری در نیمه اول سال 1395 تشکیل دادند که از بین آنها 95 نفر به شیوه روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمع آوری داده از پرسشنامه های تعارضات زناشویی، طرحواره های جنسی، رضایت جنسی و عملکرد جنسی استفاده شد. در تجزیه تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیره و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss21 استفاده گردید.یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که بین طرحواره های جنسی، عملکرد جنسی و رضایت جنسی با تعارضات زناشویی رابطه معکوس معناداری وجود داشت. به عبارت دیگر طرحواره های جنسی مثبت، عملکرد جنسی بالا و رضایت جنسی بالابطور معناداری تعارضات زناشویی کمتری را بدنبال دارد (p>0.05).نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته های این پزوهش زنانی که از طرحواره های جنسی مثبت ، عملکرد جنسی بالا و رضایت جنسی بالایی بر خوردارند تعارضات زناشویی پایین تری را تجربه می کنند بنابر این با توجه به اهمیت طرحواره های جنسی مثبت ، عملکرد جنسی بالا و رضایت جنسی بالا در پیش بینی تعارضات زناشویی، لزوم توجه به آگاه نمودن زنان در رابطه با دانش طرحواره های جنسی مثبت ، عملکرد جنسی و رضایت جنسی ضرورت می یابد.

Prediction of‌ ‌marital conflicts of women invove in domestic violence based on sexual ‎schemas, sexual function and sexual satisfaction‎

Introduction: One of the achievements of family developments is conflicts in relations between couples. The results of conflicts are loosening marital relations and followed by the increasing rate of divorce.This study aimed to predict marital conflict on the basis of sexual scheama, sexual function and sexual satisfaction among women involved in domestic violence referred to the legal medical center in Sari city. Methods: This research is descriptive correlational.Statistical population included all laydies referred to Legal Medicine Organization in the first half of 2016, respectively.For this purpose, the 95 samples were selected through random method. In order to collect data, . Four questionnaires consist of, marital conflict; sexual stereotypes, sexual satisfaction and sexual function were administered. Data analysis was performed through Pearson rsquo;s correlation coefficient and regression analysis by SPSS21. Results: The findings showed that there was a significant negative relationship between sexual schemas and marital conflicts (p <0.05), sexual function with marital conflicts Significant reverse relationship (p <0.05), and sexual satisfaction with marital conflicts of women involved in domestic violence had a significant negative relationship (p <0. 0).Conclusion: It can be concluded that with the increase in sexual performance, sexual schema and sexual satisfaction, the level of marital conflicts decreases. Therefore, considering the importance of positive sex schemata, high sexual performance, and high sexual satisfaction in predicting marital conflicts, the need for attention to informing women about the knowledge of positive sex scenes, sexual performance, and sexual satisfaction is necessary.
