شناسایی عوامل موثر بر کیفیت گردشگری ورزشی دسترس پذیر(مورد مطالعه: سه استان شمالی ایران)

امروزه بخش زیادی از ذی نفعان گردشگری ورزشی دسترس پذیر دو گروه ویژه معلولین و سالمندان هستند که در فرایند برنامه ریزی های گردشگری ورزشی دسترس پذیر کمتر مورد توجه قرار می گیرند. با توجه به آمار سازمان جهانی بهداشت، حدود 15 درصد از جمعیت جهان معلول اند، لذا پژوهش حاضر در تلاش است تا در بستر واقعی، عواملی را که بر کیفیت گردشگری ورزشی دسترس پذیر در سه استان شمالی ایران(مازندران، گیلان، گلستان) موثر هستند، بررسی و تبیین نماید این پژوهش دارای رویکرد تفسیری، هدف اکتشافی، روش کیفی و استراتژی داده بنیاد مبتنی بر رویکرد ظاهرشونده (گلیزری) است. جامعه مورد مطالعه افراد دارای سمت های علمی و اجرایی شامل، متخصصان و اساتید حوزه مدیریت ورزشی،گردشگری، جمعیت شناسی آشنا به موضوع پژوهش، سالمندشناسی؛ افراد ستادی در هیات های ورزشی، بهزیستی، شهرداری بودکه هدفمند و با تکنیک گلوله برفی انتخاب شد. روش گردآوری دادها مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با 18 تن از خبرگان انجام شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مصاحبه ها و کدگذاری ها در دو مرحله کدگذار ی حقیقی و نظری نشان داد که عوامل موثر بر استاندارد کیفیت گردشگری ورزشی در دسترس به ترتیب اهمیت شامل عوامل اقتصادی، دانش و اطلاعات، فرهنگی- اجتماعی، عوامل محیطی ، عوامل مدیریتی و ارتباطات بوده است که در این میان عوامل اقتصادی با بیشترین تکرار در مصاحبه با خبرگان دار ای بیشترین اهمیت و عامل ارتباطات با کمترین تکرار دارای اهمیت کمتری نسبت به سایر ابعاد بوده است. ازآنجایی که گردشگری ورزشی توانخواهان مورد غفلت قرار گرفته و با توجه به اینکه اهمیت نقش عوامل اقتصادی در استانداردهای کیفیت گردشگری ورزشی دسترس پذ ی ر ضرورت دارد، این عامل باید موردتوجه همه متولیان و نهاهای ذی ربط ب خصوص مدیران مربوطه قرار گیرد.

identifying factors affecting the quality of accessible sports tourism (case study: three northern provinces of iran)

today, a large part of the beneficiaries of accessible sports tourism are two particular groups, people with disabilities and older adults, who are less considered in the planning process of accessible sports tourism. according to the statistics of the world health organization (who), about 15% of the world's population is disabled. therefore, the current research is trying to investigate and explain the factors that effectively affect the quality of accessible sports tourism in the three northern provinces of iran (mazandaran et al.) in the natural context. this research uses an interpretative approach, exploratory aim, qualitative method, and foundation data strategy based on the emergent approach (glaser). the studied population includes people with scientific and executive positions, specialists and professors in sports management, tourism, demography familiar with the research topic, gerontology, staff members in sports, people with disabilities, municipalities, and people related to tourism and sports people with disabilities. they were selected purposefully and with the snowball technique. in this context, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 18 experts. the results of the analysis of interviews and coding in two stages of actual and theoretical coding showed that the factors affecting the quality standard of accessible sports tourism in order of importance include economic factors, knowledge and information, cultural-social factors, environmental, management factors, and it has been the communication factors, among which the economic factors with the most repetition in the interviews with experts have the most importance and the communication factors with the minor repetition have the minor importance compared to other dimensions. considering the importance of the role of economic factors in the quality standards of accessible sports tourism, this factor must be considered by all the trustees and related bodies, especially the relevant managers.
