شناسایی و تحلیل اهمیت-عملکرد شاخص های موثر بر عملکرد مالی در هتل های استان یزد

این واقعیت که منابع مالی محدود بوده و تاثیرگذاری آن بر تعداد عملیات، غیرقابل انکار است؛ زیرا هیچ بخشی وجود ندارد که ارتباطی با عملیات مالی نداشته باشد. بنابراین، تخصیص صحیح دارایی‌های مالی جایگاه بسیار مهمی در تجارت مدرن به‌خصوص صنعت گردشگری به‌خود اختصاص داده است.  با توجه به جایگاه بخش اقامتگاه ها در صنعت گردشگری، توجه به عملکرد مالی هتل‌ها حائز اهمیت می‌باشد. در مطالعه حاضر، پس از بررسی پیشینه تحقیق و نظرسنجی از متخصصان و خبرگان صنعت و دانشگاه، شاخص‌های مالی مرتبط با هتل‌های استان یزد، شناسایی و داده‌ها با استفاده از ﻣﺎﺗﺮﻳﺲ اﻫﻤﻴﺖﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد، تحلیل و پیشنهادﻫﺎیی ﺑﺮای ﺑﻬﺒﻮد وﺿﻌﻴﺖ آن‌ها اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که از معیارهای شناسایی‌شده هیچ‌کدام در ناحیه بحرانی قرار ندارند. معیارهایی چون ریسک ورشکستگی مالی، رشد اقتصادی در سطح کلان، نرخ اشتغال، درآمد مستقیم از محل درآمد اصلی هتل، بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی هتل در کسب سود و ذخایر نقدی مانند پول نقد باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد و تلاش مدیران هتل‌ها باید در جهت حفظ وضعیت آن‌ها متمرکز شود.

in the economy, financial resources are critical. the fact that financial resources are limited and affect the number of operations is undeniable. all parts are related to financial operations. therefore, correctly allocating financial assets is critical in modern business, especially tourism. considering the location of the accommodation sector in the tourism industry, it is essential to pay attention to the financial performance of the hotels. in the present study, after examining the background of research and surveying industry and university experts, financial indicators related to hotels in yazd province have been identified, the data has been analyzed using the importance-performance matrix, and suggestions have been made to improve their situation. the results show that none of the criteria identified are in the critical area. criteria such as the risk of financial bankruptcy, macro-economic growth, employment rates, direct income from the hotels primary income, the improvement of the hotel’s human resources in making profits, and cash reserves such as cash it should be taken into account and hotel managers should focus on maintaining the status of these criteria.
