طراحی مدل فرآیندی کارآفرینی در حوزه گردشگری ساحلی استان بوشهر با استفاده از رویکرد تئوری بنیانی

این پژوهش از نظر هدف از نوع تحقیقات نظری و کاربردی است. روش تحقیق برحسب گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی و از جمله پژوهش‌های کیفی است که راهبرد آن مبتنی بر نظریه بنیانی است و با مدنظر قراردادن افراد مطلع در حوزه گردشگری ساحلی به عنوان جامعه آماری، با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند، 9نفر را به عنوان خبرگان تحقیق انتخاب کرده است. سپس با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته داده‌ها گردآوری و در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی داده‌ها تحلیل شده‌اند. در مدل فرایندی تجویزی این پژوهش، پدیده اصلی تشخیص فرصت مناسب و بهره برداری از آن است که ناشی از ویژگی‌ها و پیشینه کارآفرین است. اگر کارآفرین در شرایط زمینه ای و محیطی مناسب قرار گیرد، می‌تواند راهبردها یا گام‌های ویژه و متنوعی را به منظور شناسایی و بهره برداری از فرصت در پیش گیرد که موجب پیامدهای متنوعی در دو سطح خرد و کلان می‌شود.

Designing an Entrepreneurship Process Model in Coastal Tourism in Bushehr Province Using the Grounded Theory Approach

This research is attempting to adopt a nonteleological approach to the entrepreneurship process in the coastal tourism area of Bushehr province. The present study is theoretical and applied in terms of its objective. The research method is descriptive in terms of data collection method. Also, the present research is a qualitative research whose strategy is based on grounded theory. Considering experts of coastal tourism as the statistical population of the study, 9 people are selected as research experts using the purposeful sampling method. Then, the data are collected using semistructured interviews and analyzed in three stages of open, pivotal and selective data coding.In the prescriptive process model of this research, the main phenomenon is the recognition and exploitation of the proper opportunity that is due to the characteristics and background of the entrepreneur
