تحولات اقلیم کردستان عراق و تاثیر آن بر امنیت جمهوری اسلامی ایران پس از سرنگونی صدام (2013-2003)

گسترش اختیارات کردستان عراق به لحاظ قانونی، ظرفیت‌های مالی و منابع استراتژیک غنی نفت، روابط خارجی این سرزمین با قدرت‌های فرا منطقه‌ای، داعیه‌های قدیمی این اقلیم مبنی بر ایجاد کردستان بزرگ، همگی زمینه‌ساز ایجاد چالش‌های جدیدی برای جمهوری اسلامی ایران را فراهم کرده‌اند که تهدیدها و فرصت‌های متعدد حاصل از این چالش‌ها را این مقاله موردبررسی قرارداده‌ایم. کردها با به دست گرفتن نقش‌های کلیدی در حکومت جدید عراق، چه به لحاظ احساسی بابیان سوابق مبارزاتی خود و چه به لحاظ قانونی با گنجاندن اختیارهایی وسیع در قانون اساسی جدید عراق؛ توانستند گام‌هایی بلند را برای رسیدن به اهدافشان (خودمختاری) بردارند که تحقق این امر، معادلات این منطقه را به‌ویژه باهمسایگان شمالی و شرقی خود با تغییرهایی مواجه کرده است. در این پژوهش با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی به این سوال پاسخ داده شد که ایجاد حکومت اقلیم کردستان در مجاورت مرزهای غربی ایران چه تاثیری بر امنیت جمهوری اسلامی داشته است

Developments in Iraqi Kurdistan and its Impact on the Security of the Islamic Republic of Iran after the Overthrow of Saddam

The legal expansion of authority to Iraqi Kurdistan, the financial capacity and rich oil strategic resources, the foreign relations of the country with trans-regional powers, and the old claims to the creation of Greater Kurdistan Region all have contributed to the creation of new challenges for the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this paper, we have studied the multiple threats and opportunities derived from these challenges. Kurds have taken strong steps to achieve their goals (autonomy) due to seizing the key roles in the new Iraqi government, whether emotionally by expressing their combat experiences or legally by the inclusion of huge authority in the new Iraqi constitution. The accomplishment of this issue has changed the equations of the region, especially in the northern and eastern neighbors. In this descriptive- analytical study, this question was answered: what effects the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) establishment had on the security in the vicinity of the western borders of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
