نقش ساماندهی شناورهای تفریحی بر امنیت عمومیمرزنشینان استان مازندران

دریای خزر به عنوان بزرگترین دریاچه روی زمین با دارا بودن شرایط مساعد زیست محیطی و خلق چشم اندازهای زیبای طبیعی و توریستی در سواحل جنوبی آن از موقعیت منحصر به فردی برخوردار می باشد. به همین دلیل این سواحل همه ساله پذیرای میلیونها گردشگر بوده که برای استفاده از این موهبت الهی با استفاده از قایقهای تفریحی به گردشگری دریایی می پردازند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش شناسایی میزان تاثیر ساماندهی شناورهای تفریحی در ارتقاء امنیت عمومی مرزنشینان استان مازندران می باشد این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، روش تحقیق پیمایشی که برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه و مصاحبه استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری و روش نمونه گیری: جامعه آماری تحقیق، مالکان شناورهای تفریحی و مسئولانی که دخیل در امر ساماندهی هستند، در نظر گرفته شد و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران با خطای 0/05 و دقت آزمون 0/07 و روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده، حدود 180 نفر از جامعه آماری به عنوان نمونه انتخاب ، که اثرات متغیر مستقل ( ساماندهی شناورهای تفریحی ) بر متغیر وابسته ( امنیت عمومی مرزنشینان استان مازندران) بررسی گردید که اعتبار روایی پرسشنامه 86% به روش آلفای گرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل تحقیق با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده تایید گردیده که بین کنترل ، تعامل و مشارکت با سطح معنا داری 0/05 و احتمال 0/95 و ارتقاء امنیت عمومی ارتباط معنا داری وجود دارد که هر چه مقدار ساماندهی و کنترل شناورهای تفریحی توسط دریابانی استان مازندران و همچنین تعامل و مشارکت قایقرانان تفریحی با دریابانی افزایش یابد بالطبع میزان امنیت عمومی در نوار ساحلی استان مازندران افزایش می یابد.

Role of recreational boats Organization on the frontirs mans public security proviancemazandaran

Caspian Sea, as the largest of Lake on the earth by having the environmental conditions conducive and the creation naturally beautiful landscapes and tourist destinations in the southern coasts, should make that possible a unique situation. For this reason, these beaches every year receives millions tourists who take advantage of this gift of God, using their recreational boats to maritime of tourism. The main purpose of this research is to identify the effectiveness of recreational boats organization in the promotion of public security for the frontiersmen Mazandaran province. The study from to goal applied a method of survey research for collecting information from the questionnaires and interviews were used.The statistical population and sling methods:The statistical population of research, the owners of recreational boats and officials who are involved in the organization, was considered the sle using Cochran formula test error of 0.05, 0.07 and simple random sling method, about 180 people chosen from the statistical population, the effects of the independent variable (organizing of recreational boats) on the dependent variable (public security frontiersmen Mazandaran province) were investigated That the validity of validity of questionnaire, 86% to the Cronbach's alpha was approved. After the analysis, the results obtained have been approved between control, interaction and participation, with a significance level of 0.05 and 0.95 probabilities and promoting of Public Security, there is a significant relationship that how much of organizing and control of recreational boats by the Navy of recreational boaters of Mazandaran province and also interact and participate with the Navy to increase, thus increasing the amount of Public Security in the coastal strip of Mazandaran province.
