رابطه بین سرمایه اجتماعی و امنیت مرزی(نمونه موردی: شهرستان نوسود)

امروزه امنیت به عنوان یکی از نیازهای بنیادین بشر و یکی از پشتوانه های سرمایه اجتماعی، همواره مورد توجه بوده و از ابتدای زندگی اجتماعی، انسان ها همواره با مسئله محافظت خود در مقابل خطرات و تهدیدهای بیرونی و درونی مواجه بوده اند و به مرور زمان به یک مفهوم اجتماعی تحول پیدا می کند تا جایی که می توان گفت امروزه حفاظت و حراست از خاک سرزمینی در سراسر کره زمین و برای تمام کشورها یک ارزش به حساب می آید و ضمانت تحقق این امر نیز مدیریت مرزها و داشتن مرزهای با امنیت کامل می باشد. در مسیر این تحول مفهومی سرمایه اجتماعی به یکی از عوامل مهم در افزایش کارامدی نیروهای سخت افزاری تامین امنیت می باشد. بر این اساس در این تحقیق در صدد بررسی تاثیر مولفه های سرمایه اجتماعی بر امنیت به خصوص در نواحی مرزی هستیم. روش تحقیق توصیفی (بررسی وضع موجود) و تحلیلی (استفاده از آمار استنباطی از جمله همبستگی و رگرسیون) می باشد که در نهایت به این نتیجه رسیدیم که میان تمام مولفه های سرمایه اجتماعی با امنیت رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد و هم چنین بر اساس آمار به دست آمده از ضریب بتا (رگرسیون خطی) به این نتیجه می رسیم که از بین متغیرهای سرمایه اجتماعی به ترتیب بیشترین تاثیر را اعتماد دارد که 62 صدم تغییرات امنیت را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد، بعد از آن انسجام که 34 صدم تغییرات امنیت را، بعد شبکه ها 12 صدم تغیرات امنیت، بعد از آن مشارکت 10 صدم تغییرات و در نهایت تعهد فقط 4 صدم از تغیرات امنیت را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد.

The Relationship between Social Capital and Border Security(Case Study: Nosoud City)

Nowadays, security as a fundamental human need and a social capital support has always been taken into considerations since the beginning of human social life, people always have faced the issues of protecting themselves against internal and external threats. Over time, security is evolved into a social concept and it can be said that today protecting territory land from across the globe and for all countries is considered as a great value and the guarantee of its realization comes to border management and the fully secured borders. In the course of this development the concept of social capital as an important factor in the hardware security forces' efficiency is providing security. Accordingly, this study sought to evaluate the effects of social capital on security, especially in border areas. The research method is descriptive (study of the status quo) and analytic (using inferential statistics such as correlation and regression). Finally, we concluded that there is a significant positive relationship among all components of social capital and security. According to statistics obtained from the beta coefficient (linear regression), we come to the conclusion that among social capital components 'trust' has the highest impact on security changes that affects 62% of the security changes. After that 'integration' 34%, then 'networks' 12%, then 'participation' 10%, and finally 'commitment' affects only 4% of security changes, respectively.
