خود مختاری کردستان عراق و چالش های پیش روی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

تشکیل حکومت خودمختار در کردستان عراق در سال های اخیر به دلایلی از جمله همجواری با منطقه کردنشین کشورمان که دارای عقاید، فرهنگ و آداب و رسوم مشترک با آنهاست می تواند با برانگیختن احساسات قومیتی، چالش امنیتی برای کشور ایجاد نماید. تاکنون به دلیل وجود میراث و تاریخ مشترک، تجانس فرهنگی و ریشه زبانی مشترک کردهای ایران با دیگر هموطنان، آنها به سان دیگر کردهای منطقه با دولت مرکزی دچار چالش نشدند اما برخی مسائل پس از حمله آمریکا به عراق و تشکیل دولت و قانون اساسی جدید می تواند چالش های امنیتی برای جمهوری اسلامی ایران ایجاد کند. در این پژوهش نویسندگان درصدد هستند با روش تبیینی- علّی به این سوال پاسخ دهند که تحولات کردستان عراق و ایجاد حکومت خودمختار چه تاثیرات امنیتی برای جمهوری اسلامی ایران خواهد داشت؟ ایجاد منطقه خودمختار کردی در شمال عراق همراه با افزایش اختیارات سیاسی و تبدیل آن به الگوی برتر سیاسی- اجتماعی هویت بخش به تقویت گرایش های تجزیه طلبانه کردهای داخل کشور منجر می شود. این مقاله چالش های امنیتی خودمختاری منطقه شمال عراق را از منظر مکتب کپنهاگ بررسی می کند.

Iraqi Kurdish Autonomy and the Challenges for the Islamic Republic of Iran

The formation of an autonomous government in Iraqi Kurdistan in recent years can make challenges for the country's security by arousing ethnic feelings for some reasons, including proximity to the Kurdish region of our country with ideas, culture and customs shared with them. So far, due to the common heritage and history, a common language root and cultural homogeneity with other people, like other Kurds in the region, no challenges has occurred between Iranian Kurds and the central government, but some issues after the US invasion of Iraq and the formation of a new government can make security challenges to the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this study, using an explanatory method, the authors seek to answer the following question: what effects the developments in Iraq and the establishment of Kurdistan autonomous government will have in the security for the Islamic Republic of Iran? Establishing an autonomous Kurdish region in northern Iraq with the increased political power and transforming it into an identity-making social-political top model would lead to strengthening the Kurdish separatists' tendencies inside the country. This article investigates the security challenges of autonomous region in northern Iraq from the Copenhagen School perspective.
