تبیین راهکارهای موثر در جلوگیری از پدیده قاچاق مواد مخدر و کالا در منطقه آزاد تجاری - صنعتی ماکو

منطقه آزاد ماکو به برکت برخورداری از موقعیت جغرافیایی ممتاز و دسترسی به بازارهای بین‌المللی سرمایه و تکیه بر امکانات برجسته توسعه ترانزیت و صادرات مجدد، توانمندی‌های بالای صادراتی و با فراهم سازی زیرساخت‌های توسعه فعالیت‌های بازرگانی در کنار گمرکات و مراکز تخلیه و بارگیری کالا توانسته است تا حدی در جهت ارتقای نقش هم پیوندی اقتصاد ملی با اقتصاد جهانی، بسترساز تعامل سازنده کشور با جهان باشد. وجود امنیت در این منطقه بسیار پُراهمیت تر از شرایط بوده، چرا که اگر این امنیت در تمام زمینه ها به خصوص جلوگیری از پدیده قاچاق به وجود نیاید، چندان در رونق آن به موفقیت نخواهیم رسید. با وجود تمامی اقدامات انجام گرفته، باز هم ضعف هایی در منطقه از جمله وجود محرومیت در مرزها، وجود محله های آلوده و جرم زا، پدیده حاشیه نشینی و مناطق خاکستری (مناطقی خارج از مهار دولت و دارای اقتصاد بیمار) نمونه هایی از ابعاد جغرافیایی است که به گرایش به سمت قاچاق مواد مخدر رنگ تازه ای بخشیده است. در این مقاله سعی شده است با بررسی ژئوپولوتیک، امنیت سیاسی، فیزیوگرافی و تهدیدها و فرصتهای بوجود آمده در منطقه، راهکارهایی موثر در جلوگیری از قاچاق مواد مخدر و دیگر کالاها در جهت رونق بخشی به تجارت و اقتصاد منطقه ارائه شود.

Explaining the Effective Strategies in the Prevention of Drug Trafficking and Goods in Maku Trade - Industrial Free zone

Due to a privileged geographical location and access to international capital markets and rely on the outstanding features of transit and re-export, the export capabilities and by providing infrastructure, development of commercial activities in the customs and institutions loading and unloading of goods, Maku free zone has been able to pave the way for constructive engagement with the world in promoting the partly linking role between national economy and the global economy. Security is more important in this area than the situation has been because if the security in all areas, particularly the prevention of trafficking, is not provided, so we will not succeed in its prosperity. Despite all the measures taken, there are still weaknesses in the area, including the exclusion at the borders, infested crime-provoking neighborhoods, slum and gray areas (areas outside government control and ailing economy), which are some exles of geographical dimensions that have established a tendency towards drug trafficking. This paper attempts to examine the geopolitical, political security, physiography and threats and opportunities arising in the region, and suggest effective strategies to prevent the trafficking of drugs and other products in order to boost the region's trade and economy.
