بررسی و سنجش احساس امنیت اجتماعی شهروندان شهر مرزی سرخس

امنیت از پیش نیازهای یک جامعه سالم است و نخستین شرط لازم برای پیشرفت و رسیدن به توسعه پایدار برای جامعه محسوب می شود. احساس امنیت، بسترساز توسعه جوامع انسانی و سعادت یک اجتماع سالم در گرو حفظ و بقای امنیت و احساس آن است. با توجه به گسترش شهرنشینی و رواج ناامنی های اجتماعی در شهرها، به ویژه شهرهای مرزی مطالعه موضوع امنیت و عوامل موثر بر آن و راهکارهای تقویت احساس امنیت در شهرها ضرورت یافته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر سنجش احساس امنیت شهروندان در شهر مرزی سرخس می باشد. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- تحلیلی و به لحاظ نوع کاربردی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه ساکنان 15 تا 54 ساله ساکن در شهر سرخس در سال 1393 می باشند. برای نمونه گیری از شیوه نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای استفاده شده و حجم نمونه مورد مطالعه 247 نفر می باشد. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده که روایی آن از طریق اعتبار محتوا و پایایی آن از طریق محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ سنجیده شد. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss انجام گرفته است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که میزان احساس امنیت اجتماعی در بین شهروندان شهر مرزی سرخس (بر اساس میانگین ها) در طیف نسبتاً مطلوبی قرار دارد. همچنین بین احساس امنیت اجتماعی و اعتماد اجتماعی، امنیت جانی، فضای فیزیکی- اجتماعی شهر و عملکرد نیروی انتظامی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. در نهایت راهکارهای مناسب برای ارتقای امنیت اجتماعی در شهر مرزی سرخس ارائه شده است.

Investigating and Analysis of the Sense of Social Security among Sarakhs Border City Residents

Security is one of the preliminaries of a healthy society and it is considered as the first essential condition for achieving progress and sustainable development for the society. Sense of security is the building block of human societies' development and the felicity of a healthy society is bound with maintaining security and sense of security. Considering urban life expansion and the distribution of social insecurities in cities, particularly the border cities of the study, the security issue and the affecting factors and the sense of security strengthening strategies in cities have become necessary. The aim of this study is to investigate and analyze the sense of social security in Sarakhs border city. This study is of descriptive-analytic research type and in terms of its nature it is considered as an applied research type. The statistical population of the study includes all the 15-54-year-old residents of Sarakhs in 2014. The multistage cluster sling method was employed for sle selection. The sle size of the study contains 247 individuals. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by content analysis and the reliability was measured by Cronbach alpha coefficient. Data analyses were conducted using SPSS software. The research findings indicated that the level of sense of social security among the residents of Sarakhs border city is relatively pleasant. There is also a significant relationship between sense of social security, social trust, life security, the social-physical space of the city and police performance. Finally, the appropriate guidelines for promoting social security in Sarakhs border city have been presented.
