تاثیر قاچاق سلاح و مهمات عبوری از مرزهای غربیبر وقوع جرایم مسلحانه

ترویج قاچاق سلاح و مهمات در کشورها بهویژه در مناطق مرزی زمینهساز افزایش جرایم مسلحانه بوده که این امر تاثیری عمده در اشاعه ناامنی و بحران های ناشی از آن (از قبیل سرقت های مسلحانه و راه زنی، آدم ربایی و گروگان گیری، قتل و شرارت های مسلحانه و استقلال طلبی و...) را خواهد داشت. با توجه به اینکه یکی از جنبه های پیشرفت، گستره اطلاعات به منظور شناخت تهدیدات، پیشگیری از جرم و استقرار نظم و امنیت خواهد بود، لیکن پژوهش حاضر به تبیین تاثیرات سوء قاچاق سلاح و مهمات بر وقوع جرایم مسلحانه در محدوده مکانی شهرستان اسلام آباد غرب در سال های 1380 تا 1385 پرداخته است که با استفاده از روش توصیفی پیمایشی و بهره گیری از اطلاعات اسنادی و کتابخانه ای و بر اساس نظر سنجی از جامعه آماری در محدوده ی مکانی و زمانی تحقیق با استفاده از ابزارهای پرسشنامه و مصاحبه به مرحله اجراء درآمده که نتایج حاصله با تحلیل آماری توصیفی ارائه شده است. در مسیر دستیابی به اهداف تحقیق ضمن نتیجه گیری از دستاوردهای آن پیشنهادهای کاربردی (درون سازمانی و برون سازمانی) ارائه گردید، لیکن فرضیات تحقیق به تناسب سوالات اصلی و فرعی طرح مورد بررسی و تحقیق قرار گرفت و با آزمو ن های آماری ارزیابی گردید. نتایج ارزیابی فرضیات حاکی است، قاچاق سلاح و مهمات بر افزایش جرایم مسلحانه (به ویژه سرقت های مسلحانه و راه زنی، آدم ربایی و گروگان گیری، قتل و شرارت های مسلحانه) تاثیر ویژه ای دارد.

The Effect of Weapons and Ammunition Smuggling through the Western Borders on the Armed Crimes Occurrence

Promoting the smuggling of weapons and ammunition in the country, especially in border areas, is the underlying cause of the increase in armed crimes and it has the major influence on the spread of insecurity and crisis resulting from it (such as armed robbery and banditry, kidnapping and hostage-taking, murder and armed mischief and seeking independence, etc.). Given that one of the aspects of development is the scope of information to threats identification, crime prevention and maintaining order and security, hence, this study is to explain the negative effect of smuggling weapons and ammunition on armed crimes in the West Islamabad city during 2001-2006. This study is conducted in descriptive-analytic method using documentary and library studies, surveying the statistical population in the spatial and temporal range of the study, questionnaire and interview. The results are presented using descriptive statistical analysis. On the track to meet the goals, in addition to the conclusions of its achievements practical suggestions (within and out of organization) were presented the hypotheses related to the main and secondary questions were investigated and evaluated by statistical tests. The results of hypotheses testing show that smuggling weapons and ammunition has especial effective on increasing armed crimes (especially armed robberies, banditry, kidnapping and hostage-taking, murder and armed mischief).
