تاثیرآموزش همگانی مرزنشینان در پیشگیری از ترددهای غیرمجاز مرزی در هنگ مرزی درگز

زمینه و هدف: نقش آموزش همگانی در ایجاد امنیت فردی و عمومی در جامعه، به‌ویژه در مناطق مرزی، توسط فرماندهی مرزبانی به‌خوبی شناخته شده است. این نهاد می‌تواند با آگاه‌سازی مرزنشینان از قوانین مرزی و کشور مقابل از حوادث مرزی و ترددهای غیرمجاز جلوگیری کند. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر آموزش همگانی مرزنشینان در پیشگیری از ترددهای غیرمجاز در هنگ مرزی درگز می‌پردازد.روش پژوهش: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت توصیفی-تحلیلی و نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها کمی بوده که به‌صورت پیمایشی انجام شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده که بعد از تائید روایی و پایایی آن از طریق فرایند علمی مورد تائید قرار گرفت. داده‌های به دست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که شیوه‌ها، کیفیت، محتوای آموزش و الزامات آن به‌طور معناداری در پیشگیری از ترددهای غیرمجاز موثر هستند. نتایج با احتمال 95 درصد تاثیر آموزش همگانی مرزنشینان را در کاهش ترددهای غیرمجاز تایید می‌کنند.نتیجه گیری: نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که شیوه‌های آموزش همگانی مرزنشینان در پیشگیری از ترددهای غیرمجاز مرزی موثر است. کیفیت و محتوای آموزش نیز به‌طور معناداری بر کاهش ترددهای غیرمجاز تاثیر دارد. الزامات آموزشی مانند زیرساخت‌های مناسب و حمایت‌های اجتماعی نیز در این زمینه نقش مهمی ایفا می‌کنند. آموزش همگانی می‌تواند به افزایش آگاهی مرزنشینان نسبت به خطرات و پیامدهای ترددهای غیرمجاز کمک کند و به این ترتیب، امنیت مرزی را بهبود بخشد. از این رو، پیشنهاد می‌شود که برنامه‌های آموزشی به‌صورت مستمر و در سطوح مختلف اجرا شوند تا تاثیرات مثبت آن در کاهش ترددهای غیرمجاز به حداکثر برسد.

background and objective: the role of public education in establishing individual and public security in society, especially in border areas, is well recognized by the border guard command. this organization can prevent border incidents and unauthorized crossings by making border residents aware of border laws and those of the opposing country. the present study investigates the impact of public education for border residents on the prevention of unauthorized crossings in the dargaz border guard unit.research method: the present research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-analytical in nature, and quantitative in data collection, conducted through a survey. the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed through a scientific process. the obtained data were analyzed using spss software.findings: the findings indicate that the methods, quality, content of education, and its requirements significantly affect the prevention of unauthorized crossings. the results, with a 95% probability, confirm the impact of public education for border residents on reducing unauthorized crossings.conclusion: the results of this research show that the methods of public education for border residents are effective in preventing unauthorized border crossings. the quality and content of education also significantly impact the reduction of unauthorized crossings. educational requirements such as proper infrastructure and social support also play an important role in this regard. public education can help increase border residents' awareness of the risks and consequences of unauthorized crossings, thereby improving border security. therefore, it is suggested that educational programs be implemented continuously and at various levels to maximize their positive effects on reducing unauthorized crossings.
