تاثیر چالش‌های انتظامی -مرزی بر امنیت پایدار مرزهای استان کرمانشاه

زمینه و هدف: مرزهای استان کرمانشاه با چالش‌هایی در حوزه انتظامی مواجه‌اند که این چالش‌ها در برخی موارد منجر به تهدیداتی برای امنیت مرزی شده‌اند. در چنین شرایطی، تامین امنیت پایدار در این منطقه با دشواری‌هایی همراه است. از این‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر چالش‌های انتظامی- مرزی بر امنیت پایدار مرزهای استان کرمانشاه انجام شده است.روش‌شناسی: این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش گردآوری داده‌ها، از نوع کمی و همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل فرماندهان، معاونان و مدیران مرزبانی و انتظامی استان کرمانشاه بوده که از بین آنها نمونه‌ای به تعداد 30 نفر با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های پیرسون، رگرسیون و کولموگروف–اسمیرنوف و از طریق نرم‌افزار spss تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که مولفه‌هایی چون حضور نیروهای فرامنطقه‌ای، سطح تجهیزات و امکانات، میزان آموزش و مهارت، و شرایط دشوار خدمت بر امنیت پایدار مرزهای استان کرمانشاه تاثیرگذار هستند. بین این مولفه‌ها و امنیت پایدار، رابطه‌ای معکوس و معنادار وجود دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌ها، امنیت پایدار در مرزهای استان کرمانشاه نیازمند مقابله هدفمند با تهدیدات بالفعل و بالقوه ناشی از حضور نیروهای فرامنطقه‌ای است. تقویت توان تجهیزاتی مرزبانی، ارتقای سطح آموزش و مهارت نیروها و بهبود شرایط خدمت آنان می‌تواند نقش موثری در ارتقای امنیت پایدار مرزی ایفا کند.

the impact of law enforcement border challenges on the sustainable security of kermanshah province borders

background and objective: the borders of kermanshah province face challenges in the law enforcement domain, which in some cases have led to threats to border security. under such circumstances, ensuring sustainable security in this region is accompanied by difficulties. therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of law enforcement-border challenges on the sustainable security of the borders of kermanshah province.methodology: this research is applied in terms of purpose and quantitative and correlational in terms of the nature and method of data collection. the statistical population included commanders, deputies, and managers of border and law enforcement agencies in kermanshah province, from which a sample of 30 people was selected using krejcie and morgan's table. the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. data were analyzed using pearson, regression, and kolmogorov-smirnov tests through spss software.findings: the results showed that components such as the presence of extra-regional forces, the level of equipment and facilities, the amount of training and skills, and difficult service conditions affect the sustainable security of the borders of kermanshah province. there is a significant inverse relationship between these components and sustainable security.conclusion: based on the findings, sustainable security in the borders of kermanshah province requires targeted confrontation with actual and potential threats arising from the presence of extra-regional forces. strengthening the equipment capacity of border guards, improving the level of training and skills of forces, and improving their service conditions can play an effective role in promoting sustainable border security
