ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش‌های مهارتی نقشه‌خوانی و جی‌پی‌اس در مرکز آموزش مرزبانی ثامن‌الائمه

زمینه و هدف: امروزه ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش‌ها بر یادگیری و مهارت‌های فراگیران از مهمترین دغدغه‌های نظام‌های آموزشی هرکشوری است. هدف از این پژوهش ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش‌های مهارتی نقشه‌خوانی و جی‌پی‌اس مرکزآموزش ثامن الائمه (ع) انجام شده است.روش تحقیق: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت توصیفی-تحلیلی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها کمی است که به روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. ابزارگردآوری داده‌ها ترکیبی از پرسشنامه‌ واکنش، نمرات فراگیران و پرسشنامه رفتار فراگیران بوده که روایی و پایایی هر یک با استفاده از فرایند علمی متناسب مورد تائید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های آماری و نرم افزار spss استفاده گردید.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد آموزش‌های مهارتی نقشه‌خوانی و جی‌پی‌اس مرکز آموزش با مانگین 77.03 درصد اثربخش بوده که این نوع آموزش از نظر فرماندهان با نمره 71.40 و از نظر فراگیران با نمره 73.60 درصد بر عملکرد فراگیران اثربخش بوده است. در این بین، بیشترین میزان رضایت از مدرسان و کمترین میزان رضایت فضا و تجهیزات آموزشی بوده است.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش‌های مهارتی نقشه‌خوانی و جی‌پی‌اس مرکز آموزش ثامن الائمه (ع) مشهد بر 3 متغیر واکنش، یادگیری و رفتار فراگیران دوره شانزدهم مرزبانی اثربخش بوده است. به نحوی که این میزان مطلوبیت اثربخشی در سطح نسبتا زیاد می‌باشد.

background and purpose: today, evaluating the effectiveness of training on the learning and skills of trainees is one of the most important concerns of the educational systems of any country. the purpose of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of map reading and gps skills training conducted at the samen alaeme training center (peace be upon him). methodology: this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in nature. the data collection method is quantitative, using a survey approach. data were collected using a combination of tools, including reaction questionnaires, trainee scores, and trainee behavior questionnaires. the validity and reliability of each tool were confirmed through appropriate scientific processes. data analysis was performed using appropriate statistical tests and spss software.findings: the results of data analysis indicated that map reading and gps skill training at the samen alaeme border training center was 77.03% effective. commanders’ evaluations indicated that this training had an impact on trainee performance with an average score of 71.40, while trainees evaluated the effectiveness of the training with an average score of 73.60. the highest level of satisfaction was related to the performance of the instructors, and the lowest level of satisfaction was related to the training facilities and equipment.conclusion: the results showed that map reading and gps skills training at the samen alaeme training center (peace be upon him) in mashhad has been effective on the three variables of reaction, learning, and behavior of the trainees of the 16th border guard course. in a way that this level of effectiveness desirability is at a relatively high level.
