عوامل موثر در اجرای موفق ماموریت اربعین حسینی در فرماندهی مرزبانی استان ایلام

زمینه و هدف؛ کیفیت خدمات به‌عنوان شالوده اصلی و زیرساخت هر سازمان نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در موفقیت یا شکست سازمان ایفا می‌کند، هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی عوامل موثر بر اجرای موفق ماموریت اربعین حسینی در فرماندهی مرزبانی استان ایلام است. روش‌شناسی؛ پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت داده‌ها از نوع کیفی و بر اساس نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع پژوهش‌های توصیفی در چارچوب تحلیل تم است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 15 نفر از فرماندهان و مدیران فرماندهی مرزبانی استان ایلام، خبرگان و کارشناسان برون سازمانی مرتبط و آشنا با موضوع و تعدادی از زائرین اربعین حسینی (ع) که حداقل چهار دوره در مراسم اربعین شرکت داشتند و متخصص در زمینه موضوع پژوهش می‌باشند که به‌صورت هدفمند و تا مرحله اشباع نظری، انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوری مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان بود. از روش تحلیل مضمون برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها استفاده‌شده است. یافته‌ها؛ نتایج نشان داد که 47 شاخص در قالب 5 مولفه (انسانی، ساختاری، تعاملاتی، سیستمی، فنی و زیرساختی)، شاخص‌های عوامل موثر در اجرای موفق ماموریت اربعین حسینی در فرماندهی مرزبانی استان ایلام را تشکیل می‌دهند. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، فرماندهی مرزبانی استان ایلام در اجرای ماموریت اربعین حسینی به نسبت سایر استان‌های مشابه عملکرد خوبی داشته است که بر اساس تحلیل داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده؛ مولفه‌های انسانی، ساختاری، تعاملاتی، سیستمی، فنی و زیرساختی، از مهم‌ترین عواملی بوده است که در این موضوع نقش داشته است. لذا توجه به این مولفه‌ها در سایر استان‌ها مورد تاکید بوده و برای انجام هر چه‌بهتر ماموریت فوق، برنامه‌ریزی و اتخاذ تدابیر در پیاده‌سازی این مولفه‌ها در سایر استان‌ها نیاز ضروری فرماندهی مرزبانی فراجا می‌باشد.

effective factors in the successful implementation of the mission of arbain hosseini in the border guard command of ilam province

background and objective: the quality of services as the main foundation and infrastructure of any organization plays a decisive role in the success or failure of the organization. the purpose of this research is to identify the effective factors on the successful implementation of the arbaeen hosseini mission in the border guard command of ilam province.method: in terms of its objectives, the current study is of an applied research type and in terms of its nature, it is a qualitative, and based on the method of data collection, it is descriptive research in the framework of theme analysis. the statistical population of the research includes 15 commanders and managers of the border guard command of ilam province, external experts and experts related and familiar with the subject and a number of arbaeen hosseini (pbuh) pilgrims who participated in the arbaeen ceremony at least four times and are experts in the field of the research topic, which was done purposefully and up to the stage of theoretical saturation. the data collection tool was a semi-structured interview with experts. thematic analysis method was used to analyze the data.findings: the findings showed that 47 indicators in the form of 5 components (human, structural, interactional, systemic, technical and infrastructural) constitute the indicators of the effective factors in the successful implementation of the arbaeen hosseini mission in the border guard command of ilam province.results: based on the findings of the research, the ilam province border guard command has performed well in implementing the arbaeen hosseini mission compared to other similar provinces. based on the analysis of the obtained data, human, structural, interactive, systemic, technical, and infrastructural components have been among the most important factors that played a role in this matter. therefore, attention to these components has been emphasized in other provinces, and in order to carry out the above mission as best as possible, planning and taking measures to implement these components in other provinces is an essential need of the i.r.i police border guard command.
