ارزیابی ژئومورفولوژیکی مکان‌یابی مراکز نظامی مناطق مرزی با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل در شهرستان پیرانشهر

زمینه و هدف: مهم‌ترین هدف کشورها تامین امنیت و دفاع از قلمرو سرزمینی خود می‌باشد. مراکز نظامی از عوامل مهم در ایجاد امنیت در برابر تهدیدات داخلی و خارجی می‌باشند تعیین مکان مناسب برای مراکز نظامی یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائل در برنامه‌ریزی‌های دفاعی کشور است. شهرستان پیرانشهر به دلیل داشتن عوارض طبیعی و جایگاهی که در مرز ایران و عراق و نزدیکی به خاک ترکیه دارد، از یک موقعیت ژئواستراتژیک ممتاز برخوردار است. به لحاظ اهمیتی که این شهرستان از نظر امنیتی- دفاعی دارد. شناسایی پهنه‌های مناسب برای استقرار مراکز نظامی و تحلیل شرایط محیطی بر اساس معیارهای طبیعی و انسانی با رویکرد پدافند غیرعامل الزامی است.روش: در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل فرآیند سلسله مراتبی و مدل فازی شیب، ارتفاع، جهت شیب، رودخانه، لیتولوژی، گسل لندفرم، خاک، دما، بارش، یخبندان، مرز، مراکز جمعیتی، راه‌های ارتباطی، کاربری اراضی موردبررسی قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: در نهایت با استفاده از نرم‌افزار arc gis نقشه نهایی برای مکان‌یابی مراکز نظامی در شهرستان پیرانشهر مشخص و به پنج طبقه بسیار مناسب، مناسب، متوسط، نامناسب و بسیار نامناسب طبقه‌بندی شد.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد در مکان‌یابی مراکز نظامی، معیارهای طبیعی وزن بیشتری نسبت به معیارهای انسانی به دست آورده‌اند زیر معیار لندفرم، بیشترین (0.152) و نوع خاک، کمترین (0.018) وزن را به خود اختصاص دادند. از نظر مکان‌یابی مناسب‌ترین مکان برای مراکز نظامی، مناطق شرقی می‌باشد و مناطق مرزی شهرستان پیرانشهر از جنوب به شمال نامناسب تا متوسط ارزیابی می‌شود.

geomorphological evaluation of the location of military centers in border areas with passive defense approach in piranshahr city

background and objectives: the most important goal of countries is to secure and defend their territory. military centers are important factors in creating security against internal and external threats. determining the right location for military centers is one of the most important issues in the country's defense planning. piranshahr city has a privileged geostrategic position due to its natural features and its location on the border of iran and iraq and close to turkey. in terms of the importance of this city regarding security and defense, it is necessary to identify suitable areas for establishing military centers and analyze environmental conditions based on natural and human criteria with a passive defense approach.method: in this research, using hierarchical process analysis method and fuzzy model, slope, elevation, direction of slope, river, lithology, landform fault, soil, temperature, precipitation, frost, border, population centers, communication routes, and land use were investigated.findings: finally, using arc gis software, the final map for locating military centers in piranshahr city was determined and classified into five categories: very suitable, suitable, medium, unsuitable and very unsuitable.results: the results of this research showed that in the location of military centers, natural criteria have gained more weight than human criteria. the sub-criterion of landform had the most (0.152) and soil type had the least (0.018) weight. in terms of location, the most suitable place for military centers is the eastern areas, and the border areas of piranshahr city from south to north are considered unsuitable to average.
