تاثیر چالش‌های روابط خارجی ایران و امارات عربی متحده بر امنیت مرزهای ایران در حوزه خلیج‌فارس

زمینه و هدف: روابط جمهوری اسلامی ایران و کشورهای عربی یکی از موضوعات مهم روابط خارجی ایران به شمار می‌رود که بنا به ضرورت جغرافیایی شکل گرفته است. با توجه به این موضوع هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر چالش‌های روابط خارجی ایران و امارات عربی متحده بر امنیت مرزهای ایران در حوزه خلیج‌فارس می‌باشد.روش پژوهش: مقاله حاضر با توجه به اینکه به دنبال توصیف و تحلیل تاثیر چالش‌های روابط خارجی ایران و امارات عربی متحده بر امنیت مرزهای ایران در حوزه خلیج‌فارس می‌باشد، بلحاظ هدف کاربردی بوده و بلحاظ ماهیت و نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی و کیفی است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که با وجود تلاش ایران در جهت اعتمادسازی و بهبود روابط خود با کشورهای عربی، با اقدامات تفرقه‌افکنانه رژیم صهیونیستی و ایالات‌متحده آمریکا این روابط به‌سوی واگرائی حرکت نموده است به‌نحوی‌که عوامل سیاسی-امنیتی با مطرح‌شدن حاکمیت بر جزایر سه‌گانه ایرانی (ابوموسی، تنب بزرگ و تنب کوچک) از سوی امارات و حمایت قدرت‌های بزرگ از جمله آمریکا از آن و حمایت اخیر روسیه از بیانیه شورای همکاری خلیج‌فارس در تیر 1402 که امارات را حاکم برحق این جزایر معرفی می‌نمود به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین چالش‌ها در روابط خارجی ایران و امارات و امنیت مرزهای ایران در خلیج فارس بوده است.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج به دست آمده نشان می‌دهد که؛ عوامل سیاسی-امنیتی همواره تهدیدی جدی بر تمامیت ارضی ایران است و این عوامل زمینه‌ای برای بروز ناامنی و تنش مرزی نه‌تنها در منطقه خلیج‌فارس خواهد گردید بلکه باعث طرح ادعاهایی توسط سایر کشورهای این منطقه نسبت به جزایر ایرانی و سایر مناطق حساس مرزی از سوی کشورهای هم‌جوار با ایران نیز خواهد شد که این امر ضرورت حفظ امنیت پایدار مرزی ایران با تقویت و پرورش نیروهای کارآمد ارکانی مثل نیروهای مرزبانی ناجا در مناطق حساس مرزی ایران را به‌عنوان نمونه‌ای یادآور می‌گردد.

background and objective: the relations between the islamic republic of iran and the arab countries are one of the important issues of iran’s foreign relations, which have been formed due to geographical necessity. considering this issue, the aim of this research is to investigate the impact of the challenges of foreign relations between iran and the united arab emirates on the security of iran’s borders in the persian gulf.method: given that this article seeks to describe and analyze the impact of the challenges of the foreign relations of iran and the united arab emirates on the security of iran’s borders in the persian gulf, it is of an applied research type in terms of its objectives and descriptive and qualitative in terms of the nature and method of data collection.?findings: the findings of the research indicate that despite iran’s efforts to build trust and improve its relations with the arab countries, with the divisive actions of the zionist regime and the united states of america, these relations have moved towards divergence in such a way that the political-security factors with the assertion of sovereignty over the three iranian islands (abu mosi, big tunb and little tunb) by the uae and the support of major powers including the united states and the recent support of russia to the statement of the persian gulf cooperation council in 2023, which introduced the uae as the rightful ruler of these islands, has been the most important challenge in the foreign relations between iran and the uae and the uae and the security of iran’s borders in the persian gulf.results: based on the findings, this research comes to the conclusion that political-security factors are always a serious threat to iran’s territorial integrity and these factors will cause insecurity and border tension not only in the persian gulf region, but also cause claims by other countries in this region towards iranian islands and other sensitive border areas will also be controlled by countries neighboring iran, which reminds us of the necessity of maintaining iran’s stable border security by strengthening and cultivating effective forces such as i.r.i. border guard forces in iran’s sensitive border areas as an example.
