اعتبار مرزهای جغرافیایی در فقه سیاسی معاصر

زمینه و هدف: مطالعه اعتبار مرزهای جغرافیایی در فقه سیاسی معاصر به دلیل تشکیل حکومت اسلامی در پهنه‌ی سرزمینی کشور ایران از اهمیت مضاعفی برخوردار می باشد. هدف از نگارش پژوهش حاضر تحلیل اعتبار مرزهای جغرافیایی در فقه سیاسی معاصر می‌باشد.روش پژوهش: پژوهش پیش‌رو توصیفی و روش آن تحلیلی و برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها علاوه آیات و روایات وارده از مجموعه نظام‌مند اجتهادی ارائه شده در دروس خارج فقهای شیعی و سخنان دو رهبر گرانقدر انقلاب اسلامی بهره‌گیری و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از رهیافت‌های مطرح شده در برخی قواعد فقهیه استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های به دست آمده نشان داد؛ نظریات علمی دانشمندان اسلامی پیرامون اعتباردهی یا بی‌اعتباری مرزهای جغرافیایی کنونی و اطلاع از حکم شرعی حراست از مرزها و تاکید به لزوم تغییر فرهنگ و نگرش جامعه پیرامون حدود و ثغور نظام اسلامی و در راستای دفع سلطه بیگانگان و ممانعت از ایجاد اخلال در نظم و تحقق امنیت پایدار در سطح ملی و بین‌المللی می‌باشد و به جهت تقلید بسیاری از شهروندان ایرانی از مراجع عظام تقلید، موجب مراقبت روز افزون از مرز ها خواهد شد.نتیجه‌گیری: نتیجه تحقیق بیانگر این موضوع است که اعتبار مرزهای جغرافیایی کنونی به دلیل شرایط خاص حاکم بر جهان در عصر حاضر، علیرغم اعتقاد به نظریه دارالاسلام در زمان تحقق حکومت جهانی اسلام در عصر ظهور منجی موعود می‌باشد.

background and objective: studying the validity of geographical borders in contemporary political jurisprudence is of dual importance due to the formation of islamic government in the territorial area of iran. the purpose of writing the current research is to analyze the validity of geographical borders in contemporary political jurisprudence.method: the current study is of a descriptive research type and its method is analytical, and to collect data, in addition to the verses and narrations from the systematic collection of ijtihad presented in foreign courses of shiite jurisprudence and the words of two precious leaders of the islamic revolution were employed, and to analyze the data, the approaches proposed in some jurisprudence rules were used.findings: the obtained findings showed that the scientific opinions of islamic scholars regarding the validation or invalidation of the current geographical borders and knowledge of the sharia ruling on border protection and emphasizing the need to change the culture and attitude of the society regarding the limits and loopholes of the islamic system and in order to repel the rule of foreigners and prevent disruptions in order and realization of sustainable security is at the national and international level, and because many iranian citizens follow the great islamic authority, it will cause more and more care of the borders.results: the result of the research shows that the validity of the current geographical borders is due to the special conditions governing the world in the present era, despite the belief in the theory of dar al-islam at the time of the realization of the global rule of islam in the era of the appearance of the promised savior.
