رابطه بین اشراف اطلاعاتی با بازدارندگی دفاعی در مرز مطالعه موردی: منطقه مرزی جنوب شرق کشور

زمینه و هدف: اشراف اطلاعاتی ضامن موفقیت در امر دفاع و صیانت از امنیت مرز به شمار می‌رود و هرگونه بی‌توجهی به آن عواقب ناگواری را برای مرز و مرزنشینان در پی دارد. هدف از نگارش پژوهش حاضر، شناخت رابطه بین اشراف اطلاعاتی با بازدارندگی دفاعی در مناطق مرزی می باشد. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت و نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه خبرگان، نخبگان و کارشناسان حوزه اطلاعات شاغل در فرماندهی مرزبانی استان‌های جنوب شرق کشور و ستاد مرزبانی فراجا در سال 1402 می‌باشند. برای استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری، نسبت حجم نمونه برای هر مقیاس اندازه‌گیری شده که حداقل 5 نفر می‌باشد، تعداد 200 پرسشنامه در میان نمونه آماری به شیوه تصادفی ساده پخش شد که تعداد 173 پرسشنامه تکمیل‌شده با توجه به ملاک‌های ورود در نظر گرفته شد. داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار spss و pls  مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. پایایی ابزار با آلفای کرونباخ به میزان 898/0 به دست آمد.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که متغیر مستقل پژوهش «اشراف اطلاعاتی و ابعاد آن مشتمل بر اشراف اطلاعاتی موضوعی، فردی، جغرافیایی و زمانی» در سطح اطمینان بیش از 95% با متغیر وابسته یعنی «بازدارندگی دفاعی» دارای رابطه مثبت، افزاینده و معنادار هستند. بدین معنا که با توسعه و گسترش هر واحد در اشراف اطلاعاتی در فرماندهی مرزبانی فراجا به همان میزان شاهد افزایش توان بازدارندگی دفاعی در آن یگان خواهد شد.نتیجه‌گیری: اشراف اطلاعاتی به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل موفقیت سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی نقش اساسی در تامین نیازمندی‌های اطلاعاتی و عملیاتی دارد. ازاین‌رو جهت دستیابی به اشراف اطلاعاتی و تقویت بازدارندگی دفاعی ضروری است با استفاده بهینه از فرصت‌ها در راستای پیشگیری از هدر رفت منابع مادی و انسانی گام برداشت.

the relationship between intelligence dominance and defensive deterrence at the border (case study: the southeastern border region of the country)

background and objective: the intelligence dominance is considered to be the guarantor of success in the defense and protection of the border security, and any disregard for it leads to unfortunate consequences for the border and border residents. the purpose of writing the present research is to know the relationship between intelligence dominance and defense deterrence in border areas.method: in terms of its objectives, the current study is of an applied research type and in terms of the nature and method of data collection it is a descriptive survey study. the tool for data collection is a researcher-made questionnaire. the statistical population of the current research is all the experts, elites and experts in the field of intelligence working in the border guard command of the southeastern provinces of the country and i.r.i. border guard headquarters in 2023. to use the structural equation method, the ratio of the sample size for each measured scale, which is at least 5 individuals, 200 copies of the questionnaire were distributed among the statistical sample in a simple random way, and the number of 173 individuals completed the questionnaires and were considered the entry criteria. the obtained data were analyzed using spss and pls software. data reliability was obtained using cronbach’s alpha of 0.898.findings: the findings of the research show that the research independent variable information dominance and its dimensions including thematic, individual, geographical and temporal intelligence dominance have a positive, increasing and significant relationship with the dependent variable, i.e. defensive deterrence, at a confidence level of more than 95%. this means that with the development and expansion of each unit in the intelligence dominance in i.r.i. border guard command, the defense deterrence power of that unit will be increased to the same extent.results: as one of the most important success factors of intelligence organizations, intelligence dominance plays a fundamental role in providing information and operational requirements. therefore, in order to achieve intelligence dominance and strengthen defense deterrence, it is necessary to take steps to prevent the wastage of material and human resources by optimally using opportunities.
