تعیین الگوی بهینه مکان یابی یگان‌های هنگ مرزی براساس شاخص های توپوگرافی و مورفولوژی (موردمطالعه هنگ مرزی مهران)

زمینه و هدف: تعیین مکان بهینه جهت احداث پاسگاه های مرزی یکی از مسائل مهم در برنامه‌ریزی‌های فرماندهی مرزبانی فراجا می باشد. هر پاسگاه مرزی در مکان معین با توجه به ویژگی های جغرافیایی و نظامی احداث می گردد لذا در جانمایی این پاسگاه‌ها توجه به مولفه‌های ماموریتی و محیطی مهم است. با در نظر داشتن این موضوع، هدف از نگارش پژوهش حاضر دستیابی به الگوی بهینه مکان یابی در پاسگاه‌های هنگ مرزی مهران می باشد. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و با به‌کارگیری روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. قلمرو مکانی این پژوهش هنگ مرزی مهران می باشد، محدوده آماری شامل کلیه پاسگاه های هنگ مرزی بوده که نمونه‌گیری به صورت تمام شمارانجام گرفته است. داده های کمی به دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون های آماری (فراوانی، میانگین و شاخص پراکندگی انحراف معیار) انجام شد و برای تحلیل داده های کیفی و اولویت بندی مولفه های به دست آمده از آزمون فریدمن و نرم افزار maxqda استفاده شده است. یافته ها: یافته‌های به دست آمده نشان می‌دهد از دیدگاه مشارکت‌کنندگان 35 درصد مکان‌یابی واحدهای هنگ مرزی مهران بر اساس نوع ماموریت و وظایف محوله به صورت علمی و با استفاده از تجارب کارشناسان مجرب صورت گرفته است، 35 درصد نظر بازنگری در خصوص مکانیابی واحدهای مرزی را دارند و 30 درصد نیز نظری در این خصوص ندارند با توجه به اینکه درصد قابل توجهی از مشارکت‌کنندگان معتقدند مکان یابی واحدهای هنگ مرزی مهران نیاز به بازنگری دارد لذا برای پیشگیری از هر گونه آسیب احتمالی نیاز است توجه ویژه‌ای از طرف مسئولین امر نسبت به این موضوع صورت پذیرد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که مکان یابی پاسگاه‌های هنگ های مرزی مهران از دو شاخص اصلی موفولوژی و توپوگرافی پیروی می کند که در بعد مورفولوژی جهت، قله، نوع و شکل و دره و در بعد توپوگرافی ارتفاع، پستی و بلندی و شیب زمین مورد توجه قرار گرفته است و نهایتا شاخص های مربوط برای هریک از ابعاد در الگویی ارائه شده است.

determining the optimal location model of border regiment units based on topographical and morphological indicators (case study: mehran border regiment)

background and objective: determining the optimal location for the establishment of border posts is one of the important issues in the planning of the i.r.i. border guard command. each border post is built in a certain place according to the geographical and military characteristics, so it is important to pay attention to the mission and environmental components in the placement of these posts. keeping this issue in mind, the purpose of writing the present research is to achieve the optimal location pattern in mehran border regiment outposts.method: the current research was conducted with a qualitative approach and using thematic analysis method. the geographical territory of this research is mehran border regiment, the statistical scope includes all outposts of the border regiment, which was sampled as a whole. quantitative data were obtained using statistical tests (frequency, mean and dispersion index of standard deviation) and friedman test and maxqda software were used to analyze the qualitative data and prioritize the obtained components.findings: the findings show that from the participants’ point of view, 35% of the location of units of the mehran border regiment based on the type of mission and assigned tasks was carried out in a scientific manner and using the experiences of experienced experts, 35% have a review opinion regarding the location of border units, and 30% also do not have an opinion in this regard, considering that a significant percentage of the participants believe that the location of the units of the mehran border regiment needs to be reviewed, therefore, to prevent any possible damage, special attention needs to be paid to this issue by the authorities.results: the obtained results showed that the location of the outposts of the border regiments of mehran follows the two main morphological and topographical indicators, which are the direction, peak, type and shape of the valley in the morphological dimension, and the elevation, lowland, elevation and slope of the land in the topographical dimension have been taken into considerations and finally the relevant indicators for each of the dimensions are presented in a model
