شناسایی عوامل موثر بر کیفیت آموزش‌های مهارتی در مراکز آموزشی فرماندهی مرزبانی فراجا (مطالعه موردی: مرکز آموزش شهید رجایی کرمانشاه)

در عصر امروزی، آموزش‌های تخصصی و مبتنی بر مهارت به‌طور فزاینده‌ای در حال تبدیل‌شدن به یک زمینه تحقیقاتی مهم هستند. ازاین‌رو هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل موثر بر کیفیت آموزش مهارتی در مرکز آموزش شهید رجایی کرمانشاه بوده است. تحقیق حاضر ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت داده‌ها و شیوه اجرا، از نوع پژوهش‌های کیفی از نوع تحلیل مضمون است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بوده است. مشارکت‌کنندگان در تحقیق 17 نفر از فرماندهان، مدیران و خبرگان مرکز آموزش تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری و به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بوده است. تجزیه تحلیل داده‌ها حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها در سه مرحله مضامین پایه‌ای، مضامین سازمان دهنده، مضامین فراگیر کدگذاری شده است. یافته‌ها نشان داد که عوامل موثر بر کیفیت آموزش مهارتی دارای 105 مفهوم پایه، 20 مفهوم سازمان دهنده و 7 مفهوم فراگیر شامل ویژگی‌های مدرسان، فراگیران، نیازسنجی آموزشی، محیط آموزش، محتوای آموزشی، وسایل کمک‌آموزشی و نظارت آموزشی می‌باشد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که برای اجرای موفقیت‌آمیز آموزش‌های مهارتی و اثربخش و کاربردی نمودن آموزش‌ها ارائه‌شده در مرکز آموزش بهتر است فرماندهان و مدیران اجرایی، بر اساس مولفه‌های بومی شناسایی‌شده الزامات و زیرساخت‌های موردنیاز را برای پیاده‌سازی آموزش‌های مهارتی تهیه و با برنامه‌ریزی درست و صحیح مورداستفاده قرار دهند.

identifying the factors affecting the quality of skill training in the training centers of the i.r.i. border guard command (case study: shahid rajaei training center, kermanshah)

in today’s era, specialized and skill-based education is increasingly becoming an important research field. therefore, the aim of the present study was to identify the factors affecting the quality of skill training in shahid rajaei education center of kermanshah. in terms of its objectives, the current study is of an applied research type, and in terms of the nature of the data and the method of implementation, it is a qualitative research and thematic analysis type. the data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. the participants in the research were 17 commanders, managers, and experts of the training center until they reached theoretical saturation in the form of targeted sampling. the analysis of the data from the interviews was coded in three stages: basic themes, organizing themes, and comprehensive themes. the findings showed that the factors affecting the quality of skill training have 105 basic concepts, 20 organizing concepts, and 7 comprehensive concepts, including the characteristics of teachers, learners, educational needs assessment, educational environment, educational content, educational aids, and educational supervision. the results of the research showed that for the successful implementation of the skill training and the effective and practical implementation of the training provided in the training center, it is better for the commanders and executive directors, based on the identified local components, to prepare the requirements and infrastructure needed for the implementation of the skill training and use it with proper planning.
