عوامل موثر بر کشف مواد مخدر: مطالعه موردی هنگ مرزی سراوان

مواد مخدر و جرائم وابسته به آن‌یکی از مهم‌ترین تهدیدهای جامعه بشری در تمام دنیا به‌حساب می‌آید. پژوهش حاضر در همین راستا و باهدف مطالعه و بررسی عوامل موثر بر کشفیات مواد مخدر در هنگ مرزی سراوان انجام‌شده است. روش‌شناسی تحقیق حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی از نوع ترکیبی بوده است. بخش کمی از نوع پیمایش و با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته انجام‌شده و بخش کیفی از نوع تحلیل مضمون و با استفاده از مصاحبه عمیق انجام‌ گرفته است. جامعه‌آماری در بخش کمی با بهره‌گیری از روش تمام شماری به تعداد 128 نفر و در بخش کیفی 13 نفر تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. بر اساس یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده از تحقیق، اولویت تاثیرگذاری ابعاد 4 گانه تحقیق به ترتیب شامل: بعد سیاسی، بعد اقتصادی، بعد اجتماعی و بعد فرهنگی است. در بعد سیاسی «امنیت مرزها» با میانگین 742/6، در بعد اقتصادی «نرخ بالای بیکاری» با میانگین 160/5، در بعد اجتماعی «تعامل با نهادهای نظامی» با میانگین 281/5 و در بعد فرهنگی «فرهنگ‌سازی بین اقشار مردم» با میانگین 266/4 بیشترین تاثیرگذاری را داشتند. با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان گفت که عوامل متعددی بر کشف مواد مخدر و قاچاق آن اثرگذار می‌باشند که ضروری است با توجه به شناسایی برخی از این عوامل؛ نسبت به سازمان‌دهی و اصلاح برنامه‌ریزی اجرایی اقدام و در زمینه افزایش کشفیات مواد مخدر در هنگ مرزی سراوان بستر مناسبی را در جهت رسیدن به این مهم فراهم سازد.

factors affecting the reducing drug discovery: a case study of saravan border regiment

narcotics and related crimes are one of the most important threats to human society in the whole world. the present research has been conducted in this direction with the aim of studying and investigating the factors affecting drug discovery in the saravan border regiment. the present research is based on descriptive-analytical methodology and is of a mixed type. a small part of the survey was done using a researcher-made questionnaire. the qualitative part of the theme analysis was done using in-depth interviews. using the enumeration method, 128 people were selected in the quantitative part and 13 people were selected as the sample size until theoretical saturation was reached in the qualitative part. based on the findings obtained from the research, the priority of the impact of the 4 dimensions of the research is the political dimension, economic dimension, social dimension, and cultural dimension. in the political dimension, border security with an average of 6.742, in the economic dimension, high unemployment rate with an average of 5.160, in the social dimension, interaction with military institutions with an average of 5.281, and in the cultural dimension, cultivation between people’s strata they had the most influence with an average of 4.266. according to the findings of the research, it can be said that several factors have an effect on the discovery of drugs and their smuggling, which is necessary considering the identification of some of these factors; to organize and improve executive planning and to increase drug detections in the saravan border regiment to provide a suitable platform to achieve this goal.
